I know what causes mine and i know they go away when I get away from that.

Almost wanted to see a cardiologist since this last time as the pain was mainly around my heart area.

This isn’t about me just venting. Also a neurologist I think something is damaged ln the left side of my head under the skull.

A lesson learned I don’t think so the mind is weird a Buddhist told me I don’t learn from all this for some reason keep repeating it

What I don’t know is why I go back to what causes it thinking it will be instant relief but then the bear trap snares my soul again like a Catholic man said to me the demon of addiction (a literal entity that possesses me as its host) wants to destroy everything good and finally kill me after causing as much destruction as it can
