Mental Health Coming off Invega (Paliperidone, Xeplion) injections v. 7.0

I'm not sure if you got the chance to contact her through Discord but I spoke with her through Whatsapp just a few minutes ago. I think it’s definitely nice for us to support others going through these situations as well. During the time my side-effects were at their worst and I hadn't come across Bluelight yet I kept calling suicide hotline numbers but there's only so much they could do, since they didn't experience what I or others here had to go through.
 
So guys normally doctors prescribe anti pyshotics for 1 year if you had 1 episode of psychosis or something and after that they ween you off ap's. if you had one or more episodes they recommend you to be on anti psychotics for 3-5 years, and if you had more than 3 psychotic episodes thats 10+ years on aps. What do you guys think of this
 
I felt a little euphoric on weed again. I was just grooving to some music, eating smores I made on my stove. Music still doesn't feel right to me though, but I can enjoy it.
 
I still need someone to talk to who has been through invega recovery or is at least partly there. Please if anyone sees this Can they contact me ASAP
 
I seem to be making more and more progress. I’ve had entire days recently where I felt good all day. Not to say I’m 100% back to normal but I’ve won about 8 poker tournaments in the last month so my brain must be functioning fairly well. I’m not a pro poker player by any means, but I do think that helps to gauge intellectual prowess. I still haven’t regained my full conversational skills, but I’m fairly certain they’re on their way. For reference, I had one shot of Abilify back at the beginning of April and I’m guessing by next April this will all be behind me.

So the only injection you’ve had is abilify? And no Invega? I’m on abilify injections now and am interested if you’ve had adverse side effects from abilify alone

You could do it earlier, but if there is still invega in your blood, it will decrease neuroplastic effects of shrooms.

Neuroplasticity allows other neurons to change their function. You also don't want too neuroplastic brain when you still have invega in your blood because it will block receptors on these other neurons which change.

At 6 months off after initial dose, plasma levels will on average be like you are taking 0.3mg risperidone oral every day, which is still a potent dose if taken daily

This calculation is done by using the half-life theory and official paliperidone document:

Initial dose is 250 mg paliperidone (for xepion and invega sustenna, they are both paliperidone).
Daily taking12mg + 9mg risperidone oral would be equal to 250mg paliperidone.

Then divide 21mg risperidone oral by 2, doing so 6 times (months), that's your equivalent result if you are experiencing invega half life at 30 days, sometimes it's up to 40 days.

141500000000000000000 is the total amount of receptors 100mg paliperidone can block until it's gone, and that number is amount of particles in the 100mg paliperidone. One particle is enough to block one receptor for weeks.

There are ~1000000000000000 synapses in the brain, and each has on average 50 receptors.

141500000000000000000 / 50000000000000000 = 2830
2830 means it could block every receptor in the brain 2830 times, but that's not the case because it's said only around 6.5% of it manages to get in the brain. Which means it can block 184 times, if it blocks each for 14 days it's around 2576 days(7 years) of blocking time.
Luckily it doesn't release linearly, because most of it releases at the beginning and that's why 90% + of receptors get blocked. So every half life (30-40 days) divide amount of available particles by half.

example: half life 1: 141500000000000000000 / 2 => 70750000000000000000

At half life 1 there will be more released particles than total amount of receptors, meaning almost all of them get blocked and other particles will get removed by microglia and your metabolism.
70750000000000000000(paliperidone particles) > 50000000000000000(total receptors):

(It's taken into calculations that only 6.5% particles gets in the brain)

"Risperidone equivalent" means daily taking that oral dose of risperidone.

Imho antipsychotics dont work they are no better than placebo

Really bad guidelines you should only take antipsychotics for one or two months, they're simply too dangerous for long term use. Too many people get misdiagnosed as well and get stuck on antipsychotics.

Considering antipsychotics themselfs cause psychosis when you get off them there shouldn't be a recommendation for long term use at all. If you have drug induced psychosis you shouln't be taking antipsychotics long term
 
Do we have anyone who’s done the math on erectile dysfunction after the shot. I’ve seen a few people say it comes back at about 6 months. I’m on day 73, I wake up with morning wood but have ED and much lower libido otherwise. How long does it take on average for prolactin levels to go back to normal ? Thanks

Prolactin ? 4 or 5 months without any chemical or supplemental intervention

There is not even one psychotic person or schizophrenic:
- who never took APs
and
- have this extreme level of suffering you can only get from APs
