colapsed during blast

Could just be bp on a more hopeful.note. h can open up blood vessels causing low BP the crack on top speeding heart up etc. Worth just checking it. May of been why u were feeling it for few weeks.

Neither of those effects would make you unable to move your legs. And whatever he was 'feeling' for weeks prior was a warning sign for something rather more major.

You wanna get your ticker checked ASAP, plus investigation to check for arterial occlusion (blood clots, narrowing) - this would involve scans. TAKE YOURSELF TO THE DOC and describe exactly what happened. Be honest about your drug use history and what you took right before you had that seizure-like event.

Im back in thestates in sep im not doing coke now it scared the fuck out of me i was always the one that did it to the max i thought i invincible but 32 years one nostril out of commision now this old age a cunt . The pain now was happening all the time until i colapse and for days afterwards i felt dumb heroin not make me feel like that im going to have full cheak up the doc got me on maintanance in states so he know my meth and coke history thanks for advice

I really hope so my brother in my drugged up state i was thinking i just blew out a massive blast but then worry kicked in

Much as i hoping it was minor i know iin my heart lol that was something serious . I did not know where i was my mate trying pick me up my legs doing nothing took a while until few minutes until i could tell my brain to tell my legs what to do

I would recommend having both a CT and an MRI scan. I know that might sound over the top but I really think it's indicated in your case.

Im going to have a proper cheak done apart from kidney mess up with pregabs i have never even done a colesteral cheak . The gp been on my case since i turned 40 7 years ago to get the over 40 nhs cheak up done blood work that kind of stuff i thought i bbe fine a big wake up call

PS I'm saying this as someone who grew up with a surgeon for a parent as well as someone who'd like to keep reading your posts on here. 💙

Ehanks for the concern i so stupid i never thought of stroke heart problems when the pain started i would think smoke more heroin heart been pumping to fast for few days . Low salt i would laugh at wife for being silly while i added salt to my golden wonder salt and vinegar crisps chips looked white with so much salt . In my weird way i thought 32 years of meth and coke not harm me what would salt or fat do

Stop using drugs to kill yourself. If you want to use them or have a good time, then research how to use them safely & what the long term consequences will be.
Just randomly mixing all these drugs & going harder & harder is absolutely a recipe for disaster. Sorry if this sounds condescending, but your life is at stake here & people shouldn't sugar coat this shit. Not to mention, I dunno where you're from (uk I guess), but if we ever want to see some drug reformation, people need to stop using drugs to annihilate themselves. Use drugs to help yourself function & get shit done & for healing purposes.

Long term cocaine/crack use will absolutely damage your heart. More than any other stimulant.

Are you in therapy or any kind of mental health programs? It sounds like you need to get to the root of why you're doing this to yourself.
There's nothing wrong with using drugs or getting high, but it's possible to do so without killing yourself. There must be something driving your usage to this level & you should really get that checked out before it's too late.

I'm trying not to judge either as I've been there too when I just feel like life doesn't matter anymore & take it all the way to dangerous levels. But I've worked on a lot of areas of my mental health & finding my self worth & now I rarely use damaging drugs (like meth & alcohol) anymore. I use safer drugs like opioids, cannabis & psychedelics, which aren't going to destroy me internally in the long term like crack, coke or meth or alcohol would.

You deserve better OP.

It happened again this time my nephew called ambulance . Something called a Tia mini stroke .

We think we can do coke forever 31 years and now I'm 47 had stroke. I'm saying it not worth it coke or meth I'm 47 body finally have up

The look on my wife kids face I could not move . Ok I had a bad childhood but I married my high school sweetheart good business I should have been great full instead I tried to cover the pain with coke or meth. My brothers the same both drink and meth the old man fucked us up you can cover the pain with coke but not worth my life.
 
Did they give your heart a full check bud?. Are u in UK at mo. u mentioned going back to the states.

I got a device connected cheating heart beat it sends details back to hospital. We in UK during kids vacation Me and my wife going to stay while I get sorted
My old man made us fighters but also fucked us up . I feel weak
