This is true! A mindset like "I'm enjoying more now than I used to enjoy last month" instead of "I'm anhedonic, this sould be a lot better". Keeping things on the positive perspective...I think it's important for us to remember that it's better to get just a little bit of enjoyment out of something than not get any enjoyment at all.
There is no easy answer to this question. But I guess the main factors are hope, willpower and motivation. My question is: how do you maintain this positive mindset? You get this kind of tought sometime?
It’s very tough I know. But we don’t lose anything by trying. It’s always worth a try. We only lose if we give up. Keep fighting my friendTrying to not get so envolved with those dark thoughts that keeps consuming me. But it's been hard, feels like I get more drowned as time passes...
Since you have been off for 8 years. Do you still have side effects? Can you get high?My brother gets me these gummies every so often. One gummy is about 50mgs. Though I've been off Invega for over 8 years, it definitely helps me with the last long-acting antipsychotic I was on.
It "burns out" some people. It certainly did for me. But after a long and arduous dark night of the soul, my system is now better equipped to handle the energy.
Hope you have a nice time in Spain!I think we require a larger than normal dose to feel an effect. But if xeplionhell can’t feel anything, I doubt I will he has been off for two years.
I may give it a try in a few months just gradually increase the dose and see what happens
I’m travelling to Spain tomorrow. I feel excited. Gonna eat some good food, drink some wine, chill at the beach, smoke some cigars and relax. Later I will travel to Morocco where I will smoke some hash as well. The heatwave will cool down in the coming weeks so that’s good
The last of my side effects have gone away in the recent months.Since you have been off for 8 years. Do you still have side effects? Can you get high?
I wouldn't go over 2g even tho we who are off invega for us 1g-2g should be enough to get neuroplasticity benefits.I think we require a larger than normal dose to feel an effect. But if xeplionhell can’t feel anything, I doubt I will he has been off for two years.

That's great to know, that it's promising that there's people out there that are capable of making what appears to be a full recovery, I'm just very concerned by the fact that it took so long, at the same time I suppose I'd rather "fully" recover by my 30s as opposed to experiencing side effects for life. I said "fully" recovered since after so many years the body would've naturally gone through several other changes as is, so by then I technically still wouldn't feel the same as a 30 something year old as I did when I was 22 prior to getting injected. From what you can remember can you enjoy, function, and perform just about anything the way you could Invega? Or are there some slight subtle side effects still even 8 years later that you're still experiencing. I didn't even notice you created your account back in 2015 until now, and even all this time later you're still active, I plan on doing the same myself. The last of my side effects have gone away in the recent months.
I don't use drugs.
I hope you are planning to recover from invega taking more medsLooks like I'll have to take 25mg of seroquel for sleep as long as I'm on wellbutrin. I hope the tradeoff is worth it.
How does it take 8 years to recover. I’m 19 seriously about to blow my brains I want to be myself again I can’t wait years. That's great to know, that it's promising that there's people out there that are capable of making what appears to be a full recovery, I'm just very concerned by the fact that it took so long, at the same time I suppose I'd rather "fully" recover by my 30s as opposed to experiencing side effects for life. It's been so long that I honestly can't remember many of the side effects from Invega apart from cognitive dulling, brain fog, inability to visualize simple things like even just a paper clip, sexual issues, and bad memory. I was able to shape my memory while still on the drug. Everything else got better with time except for my motivation (which was impaired by yet another medication I took later down the line). Over the last couple years, though I have been experiencing a lot of ASMR, so I think my emotional faculties are working just fine. That's great to know, that it's promising that there's people out there that are capable of making what appears to be a full recovery, I'm just very concerned by the fact that it took so long, at the same time I suppose I'd rather "fully" recover by my 30s as opposed to experiencing side effects for life. I won’t make it if it takes 8 years , it’s been 6 months off for me that feels like an eternity , I’m giving myself another 2.5 years max and if that doesn’t work I’m out of here. How does it take 8 years to recover. Has anything improved for you? How many injections did you have again? I told myself when I quit I’d give myself a year to at least be able to enjoy life again. I may be to nice on that but I won’t live on like this.I won’t make it if it takes 8 years , it’s been 6 months off for me that feels like an eternity , I’m giving myself another 2.5 years max and if that doesn’t work I’m out of here.
And you had how many injections again? I’m 19 had 5, total of 1090mg. How long do you think I will be like this? Ik everyone is different I understand but if you have any idea lmk. Merik was my age and had a lot less and said he was fully recovered in under a year does it matter that I had a lot more?I don't think I ever said "It took me 8 years to recover". Pretty much all the side effects were gone by year 4 and the only reason I had lingering side effects like depersonalization was because of a medication I was on after the 4 year mark.
At this very linear pace that I'm recovering at, I should be fully recovered when I'll be 3 years and 4 months off.I don't think I ever said "It took me 8 years to recover". 13 injections total. I don't remember what dosages. It was around the turn of year 2 that I noticed the biggest improvements. You'll probably recover in half the time I did.And you had how many injections again? I’m 19 had 5, total of 1090mg. How long do you think I will be like this?
