I’m gonna try it when I get back from travelling. <edited out discussion of possession of illicit substance - SMod>

Hey! I'm new here. I am curious about how you guys measure your anhedonia? There's some way to know that I am improving?

After how many months does Xeplion leave the body? Are there any signs of this by which it can be recognized and what happens in the body when Xeplion leaves it, or can all this be determined only through a blood test?

About 8 years
Did you fully recover during that time?

It was very gradual for me. I'd say month by month I felt "less bad," at 5 months I was starting to have moments where I was having a good time, and at month 6 I'm feeling pretty okay most days.
And how do you noticed it during your routine? Do you got any examples? It was like, you got excited to watch some TV show, this kind of stuff?
I've been off antipsychotics 5 weeks. I'm afraid that I'm not improving because my days aren't getting easier. :(

I went out to a couple dance parties ND had a good time last month. I also get a good amount of enjoyment and stimulation from board game nights. Watching shows unfortunately feels a bit boring for me right now (I think I have to be actively engaged in an activity).

Unfortunately you still have a long road ahead of you, but hang in there. You'll start feeling better in a few months.

At six months, my mood is pretty good and my thoughts are a lot faster and sharper. Still have sexual side effects though, and I'm not sure I could get drunk or high if I tried.
How about anhedonia. How is coffee, music, your interests, perception of time passage, your work, etc. Be honest.

5 weeks is nothing. First year off it was like ~2% improvements every month for me.

Thank you! To me sounds like getting pleasure in the same way as before APs, this kind of thing. I didn't took the injection, actually I took risperidone 3 months and Abilify 3 weeks, so the recovery timeline may be a little different...
I thought 1 month off I was going to be like my old self, but didn't happened, that's been frustrating.

That depends on the amounts given as well as the number of doses. There were signs, like being able to visualize things in my mind again, mental clarity, various physical signs like less fatigue. My kundalini coming back to me was my best way of gauging when it had left, so I imagine it's much different for people who haven't experienced a kundalini awakening.

Yes.
Was it months or did it take years
I think it was years.

6 months just isn't enough for full recovery for almost everyone. Everyone who said recovered in that small amount of time, it ended up to be a weird case and they went missing...

It seems like many people experience kundalini awakenings before going on antipsychotics. I wish i could have handled the energy better and I wouldn’t have gone into psychosis

I started doing microdosing 1 month ago. My improvements are going almost at the same pace, very slow.
My brother gets me these gummies every so often. One gummy is about 50mgs. Though I've been off Invega for over 8 years, it definitely helps me with the last long-acting antipsychotic I was on.

It "burns out" some people. It certainly did for me. But after a long and arduous dark night of the soul, my system is now better equipped to handle the energy.

In these parties do you drink alcohol? Can you feel euphoria of it?
I used to go to alot night clubs and parties with friends but right now is impossible to see me doing that because alcohol does nothing to me, so it feels like it's impossible to have a good time.

Even the oral version of APs take that long time, do you think? I started in 22/February and stopped in 6/June.
