Taking invega pills and a forced Haldol shot in 2020 isn't the same as actively being on abilify and then scaring people by saying you're emotionless 3 years after invega. You imply that the lack of emotion is due to failure to recover when it's actually due to your current meds.Problem is that alot of people are in a similar situation and want to see how much they can recover while taking low dose meds. Your journey is also tainted after one year you took haldol shots and invega pills. Retrospective their is no reason to listen you as well. Also you complained having reduced sensitivity in your reproductive organs this isnt 100% recovery then
Guys can people give an explanation on why I can’t get high. I am on Invega 5 shots and now stopped but no thc product works on me. It’s as if I am puffing air. You think I’m gonna be stuck like this forever
No, it won’t be like this forever. You will probably notice a stronger effect gradually. However, I can’t promise you it will ever be the same as before. You should prepre yourself about this sad fact. I think drugs and alcohol is the only thing we never recover 100%. The rest I believe 100% but that’s just me. Maybe that’s a stupid assumption to believe some things are 100% and somethings are not. I really don’t know anymore than you do. Just my gut and personal experience. Maybe somebody who’s been off longer should weigh inGuys can people give an explanation on why I can’t get high. I am on Invega 5 shots and now stopped but no thc product works on me. Where did you find that invega is nanotechnology crystals?![]()
What Is Dopamine?
Dopamine is a hormone involved mainly in controlling movement, but it also plays a role in the brain’s reward system, helping to reinforce certain behaviors. Drugs like cocaine trigger dopamine, producing a high or euphoric feeling.www.everydayhealth.com
At the end of the article is a section on "dopamine antagonists" . That's what invega is. Unfortunately for us the injection is delivered through nanotechnology crystals that take a very long time to leave the body and stop blocking your dopamine receptors so you can get high again.
Does weed work on you man?No, it won’t be like this forever. You will probably notice a stronger effect gradually. However, I can’t promise you it will ever be the same as before. I feel something, but it’s not strong. I smoked some california strain when I was still on invega from a bong, felt it alot more. It was premium stuff. I just don’t enjoy it much to be honest, I’m not the right person to ask. But a previous user @Bigsmoke420 was an expert and healed 100%. You should look up his posts they will inspire you. Then again, ppl like @Hopton09 didn’t feel shit. It’s a mystery whether he’s doing better now. From what I’ve gathered, some people cannot even feel coke years down the line. I’m optimistic because I can feel alcohol better now, I assume the same is true for weed but idk for sure. Alcohol gives me some kind of euphoria I’m able to loosen up, but I don’t crave to get high/drunk anymore the way I did at the beginning of recovery. I think that’s a positive sign in itselfDoes weed work on you man?
It is the same ...you said because people are taking AP they dont recover...you took ap yes or no...yes you did not only did you take AP you took injections of haldol and and invega pills which are far worse than a low dose of abilify but you don't know because you never had abilify. kind of hypocritical to claim that people who don't recovered or having problems is because they took AP during recovery, completely ignoring people who did recover while taking AP and ignoring the fact you took them yourself during recovery. First you recovered in 2 years now its 2.5 ok ...lets just add half a year on top of itTaking invega pills and a forced Haldol shot in 2020 isn't the same as actively being on abilify and then scaring people by saying you're emotionless 3 years after invega. I fully recovered from invega after 2.5 years I have full sensitivity...you shouldn't look at my posts from when I was still recovering and compare it to me after then
I smoked 2 grams a day sometimes up to 4 or 5 grams i'm convinced it sped up recovery but i didn't feel euphoric highI feel something, but it’s not strong. Both Zoloft and Buproprion I think have helped me at times in recovering from the brain frog. There was a period over 10 years ago when I took Zoloft daily, but it just made me really manic, and reckless and careless. I've been on all the SSRIs and they can help you get out of a tricky spot but I never want to be on them too long. I just eventually get sick of taking them.I'm taking an SSRI called Zoloft and i can clearly feel it lifting the Anhedonia and giving me a sense of joy again only 40 days after the second injection. I really think more people should look into this as a way of them lifting themselves out of the fog. Why aren't antidepressants like zoloft spoken about more of ways of getting out of the fog. By the way I see that the half life is only 44 days and this is confirmed. It seems like almost everyone cures their sexual dysfunction which is due to hyperprolactinemia which lowers testosterone. I've started a protocol of going for 10,000 steps every morning with a jog and then I use the sauna in the morning to sweat it out of me. I am wondering how much faster we can get this stuff out of our system with things like sauna use and a heavy sweat in the morning. Just trying to be a positive voice in this thread.

Yeah, I've never heard someone suggest that, but it could potentially be a good avenue.I wonder if testosterone supplements might be an effective way to reverse sexual dysfunction?
Low key, I'm a transgender male who has a testosterone pellet injection every 3 months. I might ask my doctor if we can up my dosage next time and see if that has an effect.

How tf is taking 16 pills and a haldol shot in 2020 the same as being on abilify right nowIt is the same ...you said because people are taking AP they dont recover...you took ap yes or no...yes you did not only did you take AP you took injections of haldol and and invega pills which are far worse than a low dose of abilify but you don't know because you never had abilify. kind of hypocritical to claim that people who don't recovered or having problems is because they took AP during recovery, completely ignoring people who did recover while taking AP and ignoring the fact you took them yourself during recovery. because SSRIs cause dependency, their effects fade over time, they numb emotions, cause weight gain, and cause sexual dysfunction. I think jogging and sweating is goodI'm taking an SSRI called Zoloft and i can clearly feel it lifting the Anhedonia and giving me a sense of joy again only 40 days after the second injection. Interesting, I think testosterone helps with libido but since male and female both suffer the same I don't think it would help with the general numbness and lack of feeling. I guess you would have to ask if the increased heart attack/stroke risk is worth itI wonder if testosterone supplements might be an effective way to reverse sexual dysfunction?

Same, I would've nearly preferred being injected with anything else instead of this poison, I'm pretty sure Invega has a very similar composition to heroin as far as I can remember too so that's interesting, but I'm sure heroin still causes nowhere near as much damage anyways, at least not with just a few uses.I would rather have been injected with heroin every day for a week than taken one injection of paliperdone
Also yes I've been experiencing the same issue this entire time. It happened as early as just a few days after the Injection, I could suddenly barely even lift any amount of weights and couldn't handle being on the treadmill longer than 5 minutes or so. I've improved a lot since that incident but still lack the energy, stamina. and motivation I once had.Anyone experiencing muscle weakness? I’m no where near as strong as I was
