Positive Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health and Addiction vs. Pure & Free

I’ve been struggling with chest recently, think it’s because I’m dieting. Got a pr deadlift today of 150kg but think that’s because my technique is improving rather than because I’m getting stronger.
 
I hate working out cause every time I get sobor I wind up becoming obsessed with it and then I become terribly insecure strangely enough. Ill start becoming overly concerned with the way I look so it makes my mental health worse. I always seem to be most unhappy with who I am when I look my best but then its not good enough. Never been able to find the balance. I never really seem to receive all the reported positive effects either.
 
Trying fullbody workouts so last night: Leg press, back extension, calf raise, chest press, lat pulldown, cable crossover, rear fly, side raise.
 
I did dumbbell curls, butterflys, dumbbell rows and tricep extensions. I got on a scale today and im now 200lbs so thats about 25lbs of mostly muscle ive put on. Still have abit of a flabby gut though.
 
Did arms again today. I need some heavier weights though.

Been training my arms at "home" 2-3 times a week. Big difference to when I begun + the testosterone seems to help in many ways.

Nice. Are you on test now? If i had the cash i would go the HGH route as i dont think it has as many side effects as test or roids. Still have the cancer risk though
 
Yeah on test. The gel though so its quite the mild experience but alas, it still helps with muscles coming back from the set + gaining more musc.

Are you on much test? Also does test make you bald and shrink your balls like other roids? It's mostly the ball shrinkage and baldness that worries me

I have gained about 30lbs of muscle since i started working out back in jan but i do have abit of a gut. I wouldnt mind some roids to kinda trim up. Then again upping my protein intake would help to

50mg pure testosterone topical. Havent noticed any differences in those areas, I reckon they require a shitload of test to show changes.

Interesting. And ya i would say its dose dependent. Did your doctor script it or did you get it on your own? I wanted to get a blood test for testosterone levels and my doc said it really isnt useful which is bullshit.
