FI’m not too fat. I have some vague definition. But I feel flat, I used to be pumped. At least I maintained strength. I’m working on the weight. My stats at 80kg bw are: squat: 160kg, deadlift: 200kg, bench: 110kg, pendlay row: 110kg, ohp: 75kg. Those are 1rm’s. I lost about 15-20% strength but I think I can get it back when I increase volume
Face fat is just genetically predisposed. Just lose weight in general to get leaner. Some people need to be ripped in order to have a lean face. Nothing to do with invega.
