I get kinda paranoid when I smoke, racing thoughts as well. I feel guilty for smoking and can’t always relax well. It’s still better than anhedonia, but I’m afraid mushrooms would trigger a full blown panic attack
I would just stay away from mushrooms and acid, there’s no point in taking it especially when you’ve had a history of psychosis. I would just get off the idea. There was a guy previously who was really into mushrooms and acid and it didn’t go very well for him.

I know, but the boredom is killing me. I would usually be content with a glass of wine or a few beers in the weekend.

The way I see it, invega blunts the effect anyway so shrooms probably wouldn’t hit me hard. And I’ve heard about it’s positive effect on mental health and also read in previous threads that it helps on invega as well. I’m willing to give it a shot. Just a small dose to see how I feel. I’ll make a post about it afterwards if I decide to try.

I need to do some more research though shrooms is definitely some next level shit

Anybody know what happened to Hopton? His posts scares me because he didn’t seem to recover. I realize he liked his meth so maybe his impairment wasn’t solely caused by invega.

How many shots did you take? Have you recovered?
You seem to be very concerned how long it takes to recover and the recovery process, like the rest of us. No one can tell you when you are going to recover, everyone is different. I’ve seen a guy on an earlier version Zach365, he recover from abilify shots in 6-7 months. I don’t know what dosage he was on though. You’re recovery will be different from his. Could be 7 months, could be 12 months. Personally, I’m at almost 9 months and am feeling pretty good. There is someone else on this forum who is at 9 months and they are not feeling good at all. We are both on invega though. I wish you the best in your recovery, it is a long, hard journey.

Still can’t talk to new people or people I haven’t seen in a while. Just saw an old friend at the gym and I had to leave early because I couldn’t talk to him. Very frustrating. Is anyone else seem to not be able to form conversations around new people? Or get a lot of anxiety when talking to new people?

Oh yes..

Definitely the side effect that is making the me the most frustrated. Can deal with the anhedonia and the fatigue. But if we can’t talk to new people we can’t get jobs or have relationships. You mentioned you have kids. That is terrible you can’t communicate with your kids. Can’t believe a medication does this. The people around me blame it on my psychosis, making it worse.

Does anyone know if 3 shots of an AP injection can lead to permanent brain damage? Im a little bit scared as I havent seen anyone recovering frim three shots in the past threads!??

I mean no one has spoken about having 3 shots of any LAI and then having recovered at any time?
Do you know about anyone and how many injections where they? I can remember katrina but non else..

Not trying to brag, maybe a little, but I just finished another good gym session. Didn’t do mad volume, but strengthwise I’m seeing progress. I squatted 150kg x3 atg. Benched 90kg x5 for three sets. Pull ups not so great as I have gained weight. Plus some assistance exercises. My pre-invega stats are 170kg and 110kg for the same amount, although at a lower bodyweight.

I used to do splits for the first 6 months after the jab, but now I’m back to full body workouts. Training frequency has also improved a little. Twice a week minimum plus some running here and there

Lesson learned is to keep reps low and weights heavy. Volume (higher reps) seem to be much more difficult imo. Short and explosive compound exercises work well for me.

Maybe difficult to gain strength, but it’s not impossible. At least I’m able to maintain strength, but I’m not «pumped». I tried to finish off with some push ups, couldn’t do it. Maybe next time.

It is possible to get permanent damage from antipsychotics. It is possible to get damage from a lot of pharmaceuticals though. Most people recover, it is just a matter of time. Like I’ve said, everyone is different in recovery. It can take someone who’s had 3 injections 7 months to recover. It can also take someone with 3 injections 2 years to recover. I’m sure there have been people who have recovered form 3 shots in previous threads, I don’t know any off the top of my head however.
