During whole time after going off invega, I was in BMI range of normal. I got good diet and going to the walks daily. There is also the gym and morning routine along with few exercises.

I’ve been feeling just really unmotivated. I honestly don’t know how to shake that part. I only have peace whenever I’m sleeping. I wish I was as strong as all of you

I couldn’t workout for the first eight months. I was in bed for 20 hrs a day at my worst. I understand what it feels like being unmotivated. I wished I worked out more when I was in the rough of it. I just waited it out. It stinks you’re eight months off and still no improvement. I’ve read stories of people who felt terrible at eight months and noticed improvements at twelve. Hang in there it will get better soon.

Yeah I drink and smoke just for the flavors. I haven’t been able to get a buzz for almost two years now
