Cheers and you know what Ted Danson died or they say he died he was the guy from cheers right. But the thing is you're still here and maybe you're reading too much news. I might do the same if I lived where you live.

But I don't think so. I live next door to a full-blown Civil War failed state called Mexico ( not to mention Oregon and Washington)

I don't want to sound haughty like an ugly American because let's face it to be as ugly as we are we got to be attractive in other ways. I feel that's true for probably every culture.

Benchmark always was the best of the cheapest at about 10$ a pop. I think inflation has it up to 11$ here.
Plenty good, but a bit bland. Evan Williams is better at about 1 1/2 the cost. Evan Williams for drinking straight and Benchmark for mixing, although Benchmark will hold it's own straight well enough.

The benchmark is 10 bucks for 750 mL and 16 for 1.75 L
 
This happens to be an audience which has a hard time scraping together enough for food let alone single scotch which is singular for being inconsistent and for the easily disproven lie that moldy acrid peat moss is a desirable flavor for booze if you want to hold it down to get the effects.

I think it's time you and I went outside
