Please do not make blanket statements like this. It can be extremely discouraging to some people. Please remember that everyone is different and therefore everyone responds differently to certain things during their recovery from Invega.exercise is a non factor....my anhedonia started improving at month 4 off invega and major improvement month 6...all i did was stay in bed all day everyday. Meanwhile most people who were very active improved month 8 or later.
It all boils down to half life you cannot speed half life up, it just takes time
Straining the body too much and overtraining is the worst thing you can do in a toxic body state
Second worst thing is no sleep
Anyway saint johnswort speeds up metabolism way more than exercise and all those other things combined
Exercise definitely helps some people.
In your case, it did not. That doesn't mean that it is a non-factor in anyone else's recovery.
