Don’t listen to people like HelpMeInvega they just spread negativity and probably don’t even put in the effort to recover and just sit around. The damage isn’t permanent there’s been plenty of recovery stories. I’ve recovered a lot I can name some people who have recovered fully off the top of my head, Bogdan, Kaatrina, Koolio254, paranoid android, Steph78, BigSmoke420, and HopefulDopeful.
And what for those who don't recover like myself? I still can damm not sleep a minute!

From what i see almost everyone on here recovers.

3 month mark exactly from being off invega:

Still feel anhedonia, restlessness, have trouble showering, changing, and brushing my teeth. I can feel the effects of nicotine. I haven’t tried alcohol or weed yet. Blankness of mind is terrible. Can’t communicate to family members.

I have noticed the restlessness easing up. They say the first 3 months are hell months. I’m just waiting for all this to ease up and hope I get better around the 7 month mark

Is anyone else codependent? I can’t seem to go anywhere without the help of my parents. I had to move back in wry them since getting injected. By far the worst experience of my life. Didn’t know it would be like this when the doctor told me it leaves my system in a month. Was anyone else lied to while getting this medication?

Nice to know people are in the same boat as me. We are in this together!
I was definitely lied when getting the medication. They even said it was protective to the brain.

It feels like I got a chemical lobotomy. This is ridiculous. I used to be a great conversationalist. Now I just sit there with nothing to say. Does anyone else have trouble with eye contact? It’s like my eyes can’t concentrate enough to make eye contact. I just spend most of my time looking at the ground or away from people.
I don't make eye contact

Did anyone else sign a paper for invega sustenna? They made me sign a piece of paper before I took it.
this guy said he would kill himself if he didnt get better??? im wondering if hes any better since then fingers crossed

I don't know why my case is so bad. I stopped xeplion at month 5, that is the 13th December 2021 and I didn't even recover my sleep. I think that without sleep no improvement is possible. So I keep thinking on kms.

start exercising running high intense

There's no such thing as AP withdrawal, good video btw.
It defies logic. It's like having baseball bat to the head withdrawal

You can't fully understand invega unless you've tried it, it's the only explanation why people so smart still talk about AP withdrawal like it exist

Here is a good recent article about AP withdrawal studies & long term effects of APs

No it doesn’t at all, you have abilify all wrong. I didn’t get withdrawal at all from abilify. Abilify seems to be hitting you harder than it does any other person. Abilify is a weaker antipsychotic it is a partial antagonist. The only side effect I had on abilify was weight gain and a slowed down effect when trying to workout fast and that was minimal compared to Invega or any other antipsychotic. I think you’re just abusing drugs on abilify and not really trying to workout or do anything on it and it’s hitting you harder than most ppl.
Some people love Abilify, some think it's the devil. Same seems to be the case for seroquel
Nobody knows entirely...the brain is too complex every neuroscientist knows
All they know is that these medications are damaging and studies are manipulated to cover up the damaging side effects of psych drugs
There are people on this forum than my psych ever cared or wanted to know about how these drugs ACTUALLY work
Yet you still fool enough to get injected with Invega
Just because you went psychotic doesn't mean you were stupid. It wasn't any fault of your own. People of any intelligence level can go mad. It's a myth that it happens to those of low intelligence at higher rates.
Does the tiredness ever go away completely?
Yes.
This supplement is the hot water from Army of darkness when he fights the gremlins
Watch out when you start applying cinematic universe good/evil dichotomies to your real life functioning - this is a coping mechanism I've commonly fallen into when mad (I thought my little borther was equivocal to Inen from Dragonheart, for example)
dosnt look like you guys are recovering well
Nobody (almost nobody) feels good at 4 months off. It takes at least until month 9 to feel anhedonia lift
does creativity ever comeback fully after stopping invega
Yes. I think the best proof of this is a relapse into madness in which extreme and involuntary creative thinking occurs
