Hey guys so this is nearly 3 months of the injection and I can say that my akathisia is slowly lifting which is a good sign for me cause I hate that, and my anhedonia is slowly getting better, Im hoping for better results when im 5-6 months off, lets see how the summer goes
Have you recovered your emotions?

so the more water you drink the the better
Yeah, burn fat, drink liquids, piss put more invega.
The process hurts more.
Fighting invega is like ash fighting the gremlins from Army of darkness. It hurts more
You'll probably vomit the first few times you tale NAC , N ACETYL CYSTEIN

Some people chose Rot and time. The ones who pray make it.

Its not the stimulants its overtraining...invega damages the body and working out like that creates additional exhaustion.
I have been lifting intensely ever since month 5 of being off the injection and never felt that “additional exhaustion” I only felt this way today from the stim comedown.
Working out circulates the blood flow which inventively makes invega release more into the blood stream which makes you feel like you've been shotup with inevga again. Thats why I'm not gonna try to exercise until invega is totally out of my system
Well like invegaisdeath mentioned if you wana detox the drug out of your system as fast as possible and get your brain to rewire it’s self quicker exercise will speed the process up, it makes recovery more painful while you’re doing it but later on you will not regret it.
Does the tiredness ever go away completely?
Every case is different but it most definitely can yes, I still have tiredness and most of my other symptoms have gone away so it’s probably one of the last to go.

If you had your injection in December last year your almost four months off not three. I got mine on the 10th of Dec as well so we'll probably recover around the same time

Also I took clopixol and passed all the half lifes and its no longer in my system but i still feel fucked up. Even with the paliperidone I think it might just take time for your brain to rewire and its less about the half lives because some people who have been taking APs for a long time take sometimes a year to recover and the drugs out of your system by that point

glad your being honest update us when your brain ''rewires itself''

Just popping back in for a second here since I’m absolutely bedridden and have nothing better to do atm, I would most definitely not recommend anyone to take stimulants of any kind while recovering not just amphetamines but lighter stimulants too like wellbutrin or even caffeine, yesterday I decided to take pre workout for the first time in 2 months, I felt like Superman and worked harder at the gym for 3 hours straight then I ever have in my entire recovery journey then walked up to 8 miles later in the day, the crash/hangover from the pre workout was god awful though I barely slept last night and the small amount of sleep I did get wasn’t restful at all, the day after it feels like month 3 of invega sustenna again I’m not worried about it though a full nights rest tonight and I’ll definitely be feeling good again tmrw, I can totally see that although stimulants may help give you temporary relief it would be detrimental too recovery, best to just avoid stimulants and focus on living a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear that happened to you.

My guess is that it wasn't the stimulant alone that screwed you over but the combination of the stimulant and overworking your body by lifting for 3 hours and then walking 8 miles. The stimulant gave you an energy boost that came back to bite you because you did too much. I worked out with the football team for years in high school and college when I was a wrestler. The coaches always told us recovery is just as important as the workout itself. Also, overworking yourself means you will not only be in physical pain longer, but you will need to take more time to recover. And the muscle soreness of working out can also prevent you from having restful sleep. Take it easy on yourself and you are correct, it isn't a good idea to be taking stims before a workout.

NAC protects dopamin neurons from neurotoxicity and detoxifies the liver and kidneys

You have to dose high tho like 3.5 grams every dose

Anothrt thing is alpha lipoic acid (ALA)

I would say ALA + NAC
3.5 grams is a lot, I was doing about 1.5. .

High quality powdered NAC tastes TERRIBLE.

it will make you sick, and it's messy. But we'll worth it.

ALA doesn't work in that form, it's got to be atleast R ALA. I suggest R ALA CYCLODWXTRIN.

The study by Nolin et al. (2010) [18] evaluated the PK of NAC after oral administration of multiple doses (600 mg and 1200 mg of NAC every 12 h) to patients with ERSD

This supplement is the hot water from Army of darkness when he fights the gremlins

Thank you for your input, I have done more research and determined I have been overtraining too much lately I’m gonna take a week off of weight lifting to let myself recover, I have recovered from the injections 100% physically for sure so I wanted to push myself to make up for lost time but it turns out overtraining can negatively impact your mental health and I have felt tired and lethargic so I definitely will take it easy.

There's powerlifters who take 2 weeks to a month off and come back stronger. It happens due to overtraining,

Ya I’ve noticed towards the end of the week I can’t lift as much cause of fatigue but my muscle looks way more toned then it was a month ago where I could lift more, I’ll probably take 7 days off completely then do light intensity for a week then pick it back up the week after while being careful not to overdo it, I have been doing sets till failure then once I fail I drop the weight and do that until failure which once in a while that’s good but too much of it is bad.
