I haven't posted on BL since 2019 in the IVg Dilaudid & Cocaine megathreads. Completely forgot how to use BL. This is my 1st month on Roxicodone 15mg but my pm doctor is stingy with his qtys which is currently 120/month for now. Was on Oxycodone 10/325 qty/150/mo. since late 2019. Went from 5/day to 4/day just because I asked for something stronger. Curious how to make the most of what I get. So far, I'll chew 3x15mg orally at a time & get an ok euphoric buzz + pain relief. Is there an easy way to get more euphoric buzz from what I get? No IVg as veins r shot.

Also, been browsing threads & hear about Tor, .onion & Silk Road. What are these?

From personal experience there is never enough drugs to get me where I wanna stay. It without fail runs amok at some point.
Do not think it is allowed to inform one on how to manipulate a doc for drugs.
Tor is program that connects to the "dark web" and silk road is a thing of the past... no doubt there are many sites that took it's place.

Hello 6am-64-14m, I edited my original post & apologize for asking the wrong question. Wasn't wanting to get more by manipulating my doc rather get more euphoric buzz from what I get, (see edited version above.)
As far as my other question goes; I kinda figured that's what it was, thx. Would luv to explore but so far it's overwhelming to understand the how's. Is it a rule violation to discuss/explore that topic on BL? If so, can an outside forum or something else be referred to in a PM?

Sounds like you just need to use them as prescribed which is 4 tablets a day and thank your lucky stars that you are getting them.

As long as you chase the euphoria from them you will never have enough. He could give you 500 and you would still eat them all. That's the downfall with oxy. Once we feel that high there's nothing else like it and we can never be satisfied. Sounds like you are just like I was.

Fair enough & I understand cuz everything you said is what the voice in my head is always saying anyway. My asking is partly for the euphoric side of my needs but also for pain relief. It barely touches it! I've been disabled due to my chronic spinal issues since 2013 & back then, prior to the opiate crackdown, I'd get Dilaudid 8mg 300/month & never had a desire to need more. Trying to find a similar type relief nowadays is like pulling teeth! Hence, the dark web inquiry. I'll PM someone if I can...

Listen to that voice Tex. And I really understand where you are coming from. Real pain patients have been so discriminated against in the last 5 years. Try as hard as you can to satisfy your pain and your high with only using what the Dr. gives you. Not sure about how your pain contract works but anymore they can kick you to the curb for being ONE off on your count, failing a UA ( which you will if you source anything he hasn't prescribed ) . Plus if you know you are gonna be UAed you have to save some to pop the day before the pee test. Because you have to have some in your system or he will think you are selling them. Or he will think you are eating them all up in 2 weeks and ran out.

Don't know how strict your Dr. is though. Just letting you know it COULD happen. being a pain patient in this day and age is a nightmare unless you are a patient that only takes their meds as prescribed and never runs out.

I don't think you are going to find anything anywhere near the efficacy of 300 8 mg dilaudids per month. I mean you might but it's gonna cost you and it may end up really costing you.

My pm doc isn't too strict. Been a patient since the summer of 2019 & he's never done a pill count on me. I'm 55, disabled & overweight so I don't think he has a reason to but I know he could. He does do UA but I usually can't go at the time so they do the test method under the tongue. Up until I was put on Roxicodone, I did alright on the Oxycodone 10/325 & kept a log of every dose. The Roxi makes me itch & groggy. Maybe I'm just spinning cuz I hate change & don't truly like how this new Rx for Roxi works on me. I should probably ask him to put me back on the Oxy & see if he'll write me for 6/day versus 5. IDK...

He is right on pill count I get 120 10\325 a month 7 back surgeries I count out in a monthly planner it sucks but u hit 4 stop Dr sees your count is off you're screwed.

I have looked threw Tor but there is so much there you don't know what's legit and no high and I have chased them all no high is worth getting say a Percocet that's lasced with fentanyl and it killing u! Be careful

Hey I’m curious what your pain condition is if you don’t mind saying because that is an amazing script to be awarded in these times.

I’ve spoken with paralyzed victims of spine breaks that can’t even get a script that good

Oral use is the most economical for oxy. The bioavailability is about 90% oral.

You can get a good boost by potentiating with 100 mg dxm doses 1.5 hrs before the opioid but taking dxm like this long term will lead to health issues. Dxm is also likely tested for by your doctor if he sends off for lcms or gcms testing of your urine

Thanks for sharing and that sounds terrible. I suffer from chronic pain also and what you have explained…I can imagine it’s very difficult on the spirit…not just the body.

Have you gotten anything out of pain related therapy or psychiatry you mentioned? In terms of how to cope with chronic pain and not want to kill yourself pretty much (this is what I struggle with; life seems like so much torture).

Does any of that therapy actually translate to reduced pain because of how you have been taught to emotionally respond to your pain ?

Would you say your pain is adequately medicated or you wish the opioid script was higher doses or stronger?

Do you know why you have DDD? Were you in good physical shape before? My chronic pain isn’t spine related but I’ve had some disc issues here and there and one surgery done (discectomy) so I worry about aging and spine degeneration and trying to avoid it. I mean humans didn’t evolve to live past 40 so our spines were not meant to take this much abuse.

Dude just be thankful your Dr Is looking out 4 ya. I guarantee you if they saw this you would get the boot. He's not being stingy. Havre you realized a lot of ppl are dying from OD. I have severe ADD. From the Adderall shortage and spooking my doc he put me on Vyvanse. That shot my anxiety thru the roof. Please take them right for you and someone else. I'm not harping on you. I'm guilty of it too

Greetings fellow sufferer. It is extremely difficult on the Spirit. Even though thoughts of suicide creep into my subconscious, I would never act on it. I had an immediate family member commit suicide when she was only 19 years old & I was only 6. I can't put into words how much that shook my family. To counteract those thoughts, I stay in prayer several times a day. Even though I have the brain of an addict, I know, without a doubt, that God loves me & hears/answers my prayers. Read what Paul wrote in the last few paragraphs of Romans 7. He was just like us. Then read Romans 12:2.

The last time I saw my old pain doc was last August 2022. I only started seeing this new pain doc in February & we're still trying to figure out the best medicine for me. I haven't even started back up with injections yet but I did complete their 39 pages of new patient paperwork. They'll probably start with new imaging. Over the years, some injections (procedures) have worked & some haven't.

I don't know how or why I have DDD. It was diagnosed way back in 1992 but I didn't start having issues from it until 2002. Prior to that in the 80's, I was a United States Marine & used to do 5 mile beach runs in full combat gear. I also played a LOT of league style sports. I also did my fair share of street drugs. Probably a combination of some or all of that could've caused my DDD. I have no idea. I'm not sure if I answered all your questions but I tried.

I am also a chronic pain patient - I lost my left leg above the knee a few years ago after battling multiple infections subsequent to a knee replacement surgery. I suffer from intense sciatic nerve pain in my residual limb in addition to pain from the prosthetic itself (some people don’t take to the addition of a prosthetic) that I wear every day. I also have a stress fracture in the fibula of my right leg from a messed up ankle that I’ve yet to have surgery on. Oh, and I am also due to have yet another surgery in the Fall on that left leg sciatic. Anyway, I am on 2x15mg OxyContin ER and 6x15mg Roxicodone IR daily and I thank my blessings everyday that I have a PM doc who understands the amount of pain that I am in and without this vital medication, I would not be able to function.

Yeah i’d consider you pretty lucky with pain management / that’s wicked honestly. Honestly man, you’re probably mad opiate tolerant now and you can try adding some potentiators - which there are tons of threads on, on here. Grapefruit juice, maybe adding in a small dose of lyrica / gabapentin (SAFELY) but once it gets to the point of having to take more and more to get the same result, i’d just take as prescribed

There needs to be more talk about it. 900mg gives me a pretty dang good buzz, but after taking 4 300s a day during a bad spurt of phantom pain, i got sick when i quit taking them. didnt eat for a week, lived on the toilet. finally realized what was going on and took one.
I was always able to take or leave them, but all of a sudden an addiction exploded into place.

There needs to be more talk about it. 900mg gives me a pretty dang good buzz, but after taking 4 300s a day during a bad spurt of phantom pain, i got sick when i quit taking them. didnt eat for a week, lived on the toilet. finally realized what was going on and took one.
I was always able to take or leave them, but all of a sudden an addiction exploded into place.

never lyrica wd, but have from gabapentin. i actually sweat a lot more coming off of that than dope itself

How long were you on lyrica?

I took it for one year straight at normal 100 to 300 mg doses per day.

I also abused it pretty often too.

I had zero withdrawal when I stopped taking it and was not taking any other gaba drugs that could substitute for it.

I’ve hear the withdrawals are worse than anything else there is besides benzos.
