Sorry to hear that, I still think that minset would at least help, in theory it should. Like a prevention mechanism of some sort.

It is proven that forming beliefs easily can result in delusion, to avoid that, being more objective(factual) is good option.
 
It all started in 2010n. A General practician prescribed me an antidepressant cause of mono. It is fever i reacted psychotic on this med. I was hospitslized and took an antidepressant for over 2 years. When i was at the hospital i suffered from side effects like suicidisl thoughts anxiety. In 2015 they forced me on invega sustenna cause they notice i dont wanna take meds. Since then i have had death fears, and in 2018 another psychotic experience. After that my psychiatrist gave me seroquel and zopiclon against anxiety and psychosis
 
My parents believed the doctors so they always put me in psychiatry. I said i have med induced psychosis. Psychiatrists dient believe me am said i was mentally ill and needed to continue drugs

You clearly never suffered from psychosis before, and I no longer want to talk engage in conversation about it with you because it’s to ignorant. When someone doesn’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to psychosis they just sound idiotic.
 
Thinking in a more factual manner isn’t gonna help severe cases of psychosis when you’re in psychosis you lose control of your mind and sometimes even your body so you wouldn’t be able to change the way you think at all to begin with if you haven’t experienced psychosis you’d have no idea what it’s like it’s a mind blowing experience.

Thats wonderful to hear. I am tired but ok. Its great that you work. I work at a preschool just twice a week. Cant work more days. I went shopping with mom, did housework. I love my work.

Seroquel and zoplicone are known to cause weight gain you probably won’t have much luck losing weight as long as you’re on those meds exercising is gonna be hard too especially with how tired seroquel makes you if you’re med free losing weight will be much easier.
