It definitely damages your brain ya, but in most cases the damage is reversible unless you were on it for a long time.

I feel anxious i have had this issue for twelve years now when they gave me an antidepressant. It made me psychotic i have always been drugged for years my parents didnt believe me they forced me to go to psychiatry
