I found this article on Reddit and thought I’d post it here,I noticed that they changed the warning from,
“One pill can kill”
to
“ One pill will kill”
If that’s really the case folks gotta hope it stays off the market but after some Googling it seems like it’s popping up in a number of states and leaving bodies behind it ,I’d love to know the details on the overdoses like what form it was in powder or pill ,swallow, sniffed,IV or smoked but I guess more info will come out as time goes by and people keep dropping,,it’s not much of an article but it’ll put you onto the name of it so you can do your own searching on it…

Totally OK to move it to a better forum Mod if here isn’t a good fit

Isotonitazine was found to be a little more potent than Fentanyl. Carfentanyl is 20 to 100 time more potent. Some Nitazines are more potent, I'm sure.
I'm not sure as to the comparative respiratory suppression.
Point is that I'm thinking that this is the new drug scare to get votes. David Yost is my AG and he is demonizing pot, lying about it, and using dirty tricks to kill recreational bills.
My take is that these drugs are about as dangerous as Fentanyl. That's pretty fucking dangerous, don't get me wrong, but "One pill will kill."... c'mon.

For what it's worth, the vast majority of Opioids in my neck of the woods are still Fentanyl derivatives.

As with lots of other places, I'm sure, there is a huge group of people who attend the Methadone Clinic yet still use street Opioids and I've never heard of them passing a drug test. My clinic does not currently test for Opioids other than Fentanyl to my knowledge.

Im guessing if present testing (10 ,12 panel ) doesn’t detect the drug it’s going to take a long time and a lot of deaths before they start making tests to detect it or is is that what scheduling the drug will do ?It says it was seen 34 times this yr and 140 times another yr and that was from florida but it doesn’t say if those # were from drug busts or from it being detected in a OD death…

Yes even though it is very dangerous who wants to help bring another drug to market that kills the people who use it , so far it’s only in some of the southern states (DC,Virg.,Fl.) which could mean one or two groups is buying it from China and adding it too their product…

I was a medical weed user till they passed the recreational law, medical weed was ridiculously expensive in nj and not just the weed but the paperwork needed to be part of the program
$100 for 2year card
$240 every 3 months for prescription ,$960 year
$40-60 for 1/8 oz
Recreational weed store is 1 block from my house,, total cost is just the weed
$30 1/8 ounce
