Just be careful about mixing Opiods + Benzos (Xanax, Valium) + SOMA.Actually, come to think of it... Carisoprodol (SOMA) is the only thing I can say categorically potentiates my Opiate high massively. It seems to work completely across the board for all Opiates that I have experience with, barring those with an *asterix* in front of them (Codeine, Dihydrocodeine, Oxycodone, *Morphine, *Diamorphine, Poppy Pod Tea, Tramadol, *Pethidine, *Kratom, *Bupenorphine, Hydrocodone, *Fentanyl)
The Pain Management folks call those 3 the “TRIAD OF DEATH” if you take all 3 together (depending on the dosage).
My doctors stopped prescribing Soma and would not allow me to take Xanax (from Family Doctor) anymore. Too many patients were dying (stopped breathing) because it just depressed your whole system.
I can take the opioid but not the other medications with it. The only exception was for Flexeril (muscle relaxer). I could take that with opioid if needed (but NOT Carisoprodol, which is generic “Soma”).
My personal experience tells me that you should avoid the TRIAD (Opioid+Benzo+Soma) if you can AND ALSO try not to add OTHER STUFF like Benadryl (antihistamine) or alcohol.
When you start piling on chemicals & depressants at night (or whenever) your breathing slows dramatically, AND if you’re not careful you might not wake up.
I say this only hoping everyone STAYS SAFE & ALIVE. I know pain sucks. I’ve been fighting it 20+ years. Peace.
