That was the Expos yeah they were not supported by the French Canadian fan base. Surprised you don't like root for those blue jays since you've got them as neighbors

Ok so im originally, first and foremost, an Orioles fan - i saw them play at Yankees stadium when i was about 5, and that became my team - so that's how that happened

and then i liked the Mariners back in the early and mid 90s, even while i still lived on the east coast - and then i moved here in 97, they got the new stadium shortly after, and that was it - i was all M's - i used to go to games all the time - i was pushing the baby stroller through the stadium for a little bit too


but when the O's are playing well, which isn't too often, i go all in on the O's


and then i kinda like the Mets too

and the Angels
 
but wait - back to the Expos


so back in the early 90s, the Expos had won over 50-something straight games on Thursdays, and i used to bet them all the time, and i finally lost one time

so i love the Expos - not the Nationals - it's not the same
