Sweet, but are you really on the road right now. Because I am kind of floating with some clouds myself. It's going to be getting colder soon. I haven't been on the internet checking out the Daze. It's so far away up in NY. 😁

You still doing shine? I actually got some apples in a huge mash hoping to do some apple brandy. Also hoping to do a small run of absinthe either this winter or next summer time permitting.

Absinthe is tricky. Fruit just press for juices and add yeast.

Yeah I have shine for the festival. Just gotta smuggle it psp.
