You gotta check this one out my Brother, it seems to me we are both Fans of "Proper" Jazz & to my ears nobody was better than Coltrane, A Love Supreme is one of the best pieces of music EVER in any style. on the bagpipes is quite a unique sound to say the least.

It's stuff like this that I am into which I felt would make me good for the BL Music Section to mod, I'm NOT being full of Ego BUT I do have the most wide taste in music on Bluelight, be it Iboga ritual chanting, Haiti Vodou drumming or 1994-1997 Amen Jungle via German Gabber I got you.

I love all kinda pipes (errrr) when played well, otherwise tis grimmer than grim

Particularly love Liam O'Flynn (RIP), played uilleann pipes in Planxty amongst other projects. Here they are casually changing the flow of trad/mod Irish folk...merging the 'new' with the old, fucking geniuses all of em...the transition into Tanhair dom do laimh. Goosebumps

listening to digweed from Tokyo a couple of years back.

I went out for the first time since I recovered from the virus (well, on my own - I got my dad to drop me off at the Cineworld in Telford after testing negative for a full week to make use of their awesome IMAX screen and auditorium to watch the new(est) Thor film), got some weed (2 different ones - I may take a pic if anyone is still interested) got a couple of stones, got some gear and I'm ready to turn the light out and spark the last pre rolled spliff as the diggers keeps bopping in my headphones, creating dreams and fantasies about a life I actually lived for the most part.

Goodnight Bluelight. If today's niceness ends up being the camelstraw then I'll be glad I posted this. Im going to do something useful and healthy tomorrow if I don't give out in the night and put my new weed stash away for Saturday nights movie selection. Peace!
 
@ageingpartyfiend check this out, been 21 years since I went to Amsterdam, only did 3 days, 2 nights for my birthday & it's Heresy in the view of some to say these few words..........but ......... It's The Truth Amsterdam city in the very capital sucks. Sure better than where I live now but it was sketchy at night, those huge black hooker's up the very far end of the red light area by the church is shady as fuck at 2-3am, weed over priced & think now what the cost to run a hps now even a 200-250 God, you need to be fucking loaded, this will limit supply hence price goes up.
