Home style methods of cooling the air that actually work?

For cooling down, there"s nothing more refreshing than a crushed ice enema (yes, I know it seems like I have an arse fixation, but don't knock it until you've tried it. Melts in 5 mins, or less, but really drops your core temp: important if you take stims when it's fucking really warm)

Let’s get the details. Can you walk around? This would be great for rolling at festivals if it weren’t too “jarring” on the senses.

Wet some bedsheets or towels, wring them out just enough that they're no longer dripping water but still very damp. Hang them in front of open windows. The circulating air will evaporate the moisture. I live in an old cottage with a slate-tiled roof, the upper floor heats up like an oven when temperatures rise anywhere above 25 C, and this definitely helps to make it bearable. Obviously you have to re-wet the sheets periodically.

Big oral syringe (loads of 60ml ones left after my dad had a gastronasal feeding tube). Make a slushie, suck up into 60ml syringe (it has a wide opening), then squirt where the sun don't shine. Voila!
Actually, for cooling, I've found pouring a bit of ether over your torso works quite well, only no smoking afterwards!
