Tadalafil and MDMA

Is it safe to continue taking tadalafil if I take MDMA? Anybody know if there are interactions, or if it affects the subjective effects of the experience? Thanks.

I've used that combination for two decades when I roll with my girlfriend at home. It likely does put extra strain on your vascular system and increases your blood pressure so I wouldn't do this if you already have issues in that area or if you are old or if tadalafil on its own already gives you vascular side effects or..... Also, keep your dose on the low side if you do combine the two. I never had any issues with it but everyone is different so you need to consider whether or not you think your body capable of handling the extra strain. Also, only combine them when you're going to roll at home, not when you plan on dancing

Thanks so much for sharing. I’m planning on home use. I take 5 mg per day for BPH. I could stop the med for a couple of days if there are risks, or if there are toxicity issues.

59, BP consistently 116/78. No known heart problems. No medications besides this new tadalafil prescription.

Cialis lowers blood pressure. I v e used it many times with an ex.

BPH is “benign prostatic hyperplasia.” Basically, enlarged prostate.

Had no idea Cialis helped BPH. I know it lowers blood pressure. I take smaller doses of propecia to try to keep my hair, this helps I think for prostate, although it can cause a psa reading to be off.

Yeah, it’s been a recent finding. It is FDA approved for BPH, and I have found it to be effective for me.

Perfectly fine to take it.
Does it affect the subjective effects of the experience? Hell yeah! You'll be able to get hard even if you otherwise wouldn't be because you took too much ecstasy.

And the great thing about Cialis is that it lasts like a day and a half.

Absolutely no alcohol. You will feel like shit and have the worst headache in the world, not just because of the Cialis but because of the Cialis and the ecstasy.
