the market: stocks, bonds, options, whatever

So what do you make of that?

tether hasn't been able to peg back to a dollar for over 6 weeks now

maybe the bottom came and went already?

I don't know what to think. I'm buying MSTR if Bitcoin is in the teens tomorrow

Here's what the Tether chief technology officer posted

Im not entering the market or buying bitcoin until after July 15.

I believe the next FED meeting is the last one until September and the July CPI print will probably be worse than expected. BTC has essentially mirrored tech stocks since Nov and I would expect another leg down before we reach the “bottom”

I predict BTC hitting 15k or lower before any prolonged recovery.

Bought AGQ (2x silver) earlier today because silver filled a gap. +2.5% already

This is from January

Trading COIN is all well and good but I need liquidity and I can't figure it out, maybe I'm making it harder than it has to be.
I like trading MSTR when I'm playing Bitcoin. They own 129k bitcoins, and it can be volitile, so I like it. Bitcoin bounces a few percent and MSTR will move 10%+

My Twitter merger arbitrage trade is looking worse and worse every day. Guess I shouldn't have underestimated Musk's ability to sneak and obfuscate his way out of a contractual obligation.

I'm in the same play as you for 100 shares

I made the play with call options, so I'm very likely going to zero. Ah well, I'm already down by almost two thirds, I'm just going to hold on and hope that Twitter fights him! They would most likely win if they tried. His ostensible reasons for terminating the deal are obviously bullshit. But nobody wants the hassle of fighting Elon. Let's hope they can at least negotiate a bigger breakup payout.

I just saw the news. I bought at 38 so idk what I'll end up doing. I saw it as good risk/reward with about $1,600 upside if the deal went through, oh well, may just end up taking the loss and hold the cash for now
