It might take time for some of you to get into this, but nothing in the world beats the atmosphere this track evokes (especially the chorus):

Sounds like it - if it is the bass line gives it away, changed the tempo, sped it up big time. What do you think? Warren G and Nate Dogg sampled it in Regulate - sticks out like dogs balls.

Found this clip of DJ quik doing a michael mcdonald impression seems like he's definitely a fan - at least of his mo 🤣 😁

I wonder if Michael McDonald gets all the royalties like the Rolling Stones with that Verve song. Somehow I doubt it
 
I came here and posted when i felt so friggen damaged.. now i feel.so good today being my 5th day free from suboxone i slept ok last night & today i feel so alive and awesome!!
I leave you with the positive vibes of the "thievery Corporation " enjoy!!! And all no matgwr how dark you feel there is always fucking hope "always" my brothers & sisters "always" never give up!!! Never!
