The smell of sweat from just one day of partying is weird. And super gross. I had three showers yesterday, just to get rid of this “tell”.

I can sweat to high heaven and then go around people who will have absolutely no idea I'm high at all because I don't smell. Even if I'm still in the process of sweating bullets, people just don't know if they don't know.

But do I do that? Sometimes. If I'm hitting up homeless people to score, I prefer to look and smell funky and grimey so they don't peg me as a cop when I'm really just a junkie looking for a fix.

I sweat a lot too but I realized a lot of my fears about smelling bad was all in my head. One day after a night of partying, I sniffed the clothes I had been wearing and to my surprise, they didn’t smell that bad. They smelled like my normal sweat, not some gross foul smelling horribly offensive odor.

Now I do get really sticky and gross while I’m using. So if im up all night binging and sweating, I take multiple quick showers throughout the night in cold/cool water. I used to get these really weird heat rashes from a combination of my body heat + my sweat + my moisturizer + the hot showers. Once I switched to cool showers, I stopped getting them. Plus, if I’m really hot or anxious, the cold water helps out tremendously.

I have these exfoliating shower mittens and I’ll put some body wash on them and lightly go up and down my body — paying special attention to my underarms and other super sweaty areas. They get rid of that layer of grime and dirt much better than any towel. But I do it very gently so that I don’t over exfoliate my skin since I may do it multiple times a night.

Somehow in the midst of being oily and grimy, my skin has the tendency of getting superrrrrr dry while I’m doing meth. At first I was applying these heavy moisturizers, but that just made me even more dirty and contributed to me having heat rash. Now I skip out on those and instead, I make sure that I stay hydrated and sometimes I’ll turn on my humidifier for a few mins.

The humidifier changed the game for me because not only does it help with my dry skin, it also clears my nose/sinuses when I’ve been snorting. It adds moisture to everything…my skin, my hair, my mouth, my eyes, my lips. Everything. Only thing is, I have to make sure I remember not to let it run too long because if the humidity in the room is too high, I’ll start getting clammy. (Too much humidity makes it so your sweat can’t evaporate and you run the risk of overheating.)

But yeah, aside from my mittens and humidifier some of the other things I keep handy are: lots of water and sports drinks, saline nasal spray, magnesium pills, 5HTP, bottles of orange juice, my seroquel (I need to get the script refilled ASAP), baby wipes/alcohol wipes, Alkaseltzer, a deep cleaning facial cleanser, and I think that’s it. Oh, and lots of condoms and lube lol.

I thought of something else. It’s hard enough trying to eat while on meth. If I can’t get myself to eat an actual meal, I’ll get a pack of tuna/crackers or a cup of noodles. The tuna is great because of the protein and the amount of water. The noodles help clear my nose/sinuses and of course, I drink the juice when I’m done. Sometimes the warmth of the noodle will help me sleep lol.

My meth hint #1: Combine with memantine (or the dissociative of choice, just avoid DXM because of potentiated norepinephrine effects) and cut your usual dose in half or less. NMDA antagonists alleviate tolerance development to stimulants, might even reverse existing tolerance and potentiate remarkably. Without I'd have to double my dose of methylphenidate every 2 weeks, with the lowest (18mg) Concerta was almost overwhelming, for months. I'd voluntarily use the stairs instead of the elevator strong. Did methylphenidate+DXM for similar reasons but got heartburn and palpitations which made me stop (and in consequence losing my job).

When using nasally, buy some saline spray, calculate (e.g. 20ml x 0.5ml/spray + 400mg meth = 10mg/spray) and fill in the goodies. Buy one with dexpanthenol if you want, but even saline solution aids your good ol' nose.

Sweating -> anticholinergics might be an option but are dangerous if you really overheat. When I had hyperhidrosis from antidepressants they recommended me salvia drops, which at double the recommended dosage did nothing at all but it's worth a try and probably not dangerous.

I have many years of experience with how toxic Adderall can be for some plus I have close relations with a meth addict whose experiencing the same reactions I was experiencing for years. I've seen people's reaction to the neurotoxicity vary quite a bit. I know meth is known for showing its damage on the skin of users but I think these reasons can vary also. I know for sure that Adderall was causing fluids to leak thru my skin. It was thick and a little different from just blood. Almost like motor oil. It had a distinct smell. To me it smelled like death. Idk why but that's what always came to mind. It would begin with a rash surfacing that would itch. Then that area of muscle would literally become like dead weight. I can't really explain using medical terminology why I think this but I believe this was somehow related to the damage occurring to the myelin sheeth around my nerve endings. I think this is what might possibly lead to issues like Parkinsons disease and MS. My spinal chord would become sore and I felt like I had edema on my brain. I've studied some on this but I still could be way off. I am not a nueroscientist lol. But I've not been able to find much info that links affects of this degree to Adderall....only meth. Possibly because there's still money to be made from Adderall....idk. But I also know a meth user experiencing the same affects.

It's not easy to determine what's going on or find any answers with issues like this. I don't have a med degree so it's definitely hard for me to understand the full concept of any info I find to even be able to know if I am possibly on to something that might be beneficial for me to know. I already know that protocol will never allow any doctor to have the time available to invest this much into just one patient.. This post may not make a bit of sense to anyone that's really educated in the terms I am using. I might really be reaching here but I feel like this link is closest to what I've experienced then anything else I've read.

Most of that oily substance you exude is called sebum and it forms the bulk of your skin oil. Lots of things influence its production including age, climate, diet etc. However one thing that can acutely change sebum production is activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis resulting in an increase of androgen production. Methamphetamine does this in spades.

It is important not to totally remove all the surface level sebum on your skin. This will cause your skin to be damaged and age prematurely. A good loofah scrub once a day is probably sufficient if you have two other regular showers as well and properly moisturise afterwards .

Thank you so much for this! This correlates with my experience more than anything I've found so far because I keep getting referenced back to the HPA axis. I think you are spot on. Including dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, testosterone, androstenedione, prolactin, follicular stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone. For testosterone Primarily in the ovaries (40-50% I think). Testosterone is the one most directly influencing sebum production. So any disturbance to your reproductive system can have a flow on ( no pun ) effect and increase the chance of a variety of conditii0ns in women, including acne, hirsutism, and female pattern hair loss (FPHL). These types of things as grouped as androgen-mediated cutaneous disorders (AMCDs).

It seems that excess sebum production connected to testosterone imbalance is sometimes treated with Isotretinoin.

Wash often with normal or anti-bacterial soap. I like three showers a day when bingeing. But only exfoliate once a day and not too harshly. I lather up with anti-bacterial soap in the shower and then use a ‘loofah’ to scrape myself clean followed by a rinse again in the shower. Once every day. Then moisturise your whole body once a day with something like ‘cetaphil’ which is non-greasy. I don’t like looking ‘shiny’ after moisturising so I usually do it after/if/when I get home and have final shower of the day before bed. Plus it sets the mood for then comforting myself to sleep….

I’m not sure about the impact of this. But meth certainly can’t be helping it. Especially if you are taking any kind of corticosteroids.

I’m not sure about the impact of this. But meth certainly can’t be helping it. Especially if you are taking any kind of corticosteroids.

I could pick your brain for hours lol you are so speaking my language right now and so smart. I've not been able to find out anything from doctors. My prolactin levels were off the roof but even my endocrinologist didn't seem to know why and he knew I was taking adderrall. They actually found a mass on my uterus that's 7cm. I am hoping it's not cancer and just a fibroid that's returned. With how this was affecting me hormonally it makes sense. Have you ever seen a moisturizer called Sulfur Fresh? It's basically for dandruff but has salicylic acid in it. I am wondering if it'd be helpful. Maybe some kind of clay with charcoal in it? I am really interested on replenishing and protecting my skin now. I feel like my entire body took a hit while I was taking it. I just hate it because it wasn't so much about the stimulant as it was about how much it helped me maintain vital structure and remain consistent with it.

I added some stuff on top, demonstrates good BA% Via a couple routes , and highly variable BA% by smoking, which can top it off at 90%, or be lower, likely depending upon device and technique

Also if snorting, blow your nose first, do your bump then tilt head back and drop some water down your nostril and kinda squish your nostril around to work the meth into the membrane. Always worked great for me.

For a smoother come up you can put it in gel caps and swallow em and still feel high as hell, just way less rushy and imo less fun. More discreet though.

how to Separate weed from meth​

Best done by hand. It's tedious but yields best results. And/or put it in a filter and run a small amount of distilled water over everything. This should dissolve most of the small pieces of meth. Collect the water in a pitcher or something. Let the water evaporate and see what you get back.

Otherwise, it's not like lacing a blunt with coke or k or whatever. It does not burn well and tastes like shit and also smothers the weed so it won't burn and it's just a fucked situation and a bad idea. Separate them as best as possible would be my $0.02. Good luck.

It's true, this can lead to a rush feeling, but be aware: it's bad for your heart though and contributes to the neurotoxicity associated with using meth (and/or MDMA). To be fair, it's something I've done countless times and will still likely do again, I just try to limit it.

I like to eschew caffeine while I'm on amphetamines anyway so I lose my tolerance. Then when I take breaks from meth/Adderall/Vyvanse et al. I stay awake w/caffeine and let the downregulations wear off. Also these times are aided by the use of memantine chiefly but also ketamine, 3-HO-PCP and 3-HO-PCE for yours truly. This method works for me, but keep in mind, results may differ.

Yep, great advice. Some other notes:

• Guys, trim that nose hair from your nostrils.
• Get saline solution and squirt it through your nose/sinus, really get your nose cleaned and prepared before insufflating any kind of nose candy as it were.
• Many people snort too hard while putting the straw too far up their nose. You don't want the drug in your sinus. A drip means you probably snorted too hard, and did too much too fast. You want it in the nasal mucosa, which is the inner lining of the nose, where it can cross through the membrane, as @Kpingod points out
• I like to chop up the material to a fine powder so it will move easily when snorted.
• I put the straw over the powder, exhale, then lower my nose to the straw and breathe in through both nostrils while the powder goes up one side per line. I alternate sides with each line.
• Before I'm done inhaling, I tilt my head back and pinch my nose closed while I exhale through my mouth. I do this to help push the powder into the mucosa.
• As I let go of my nose I take another slow, deep nasal inhalation to help keep any loose powder where it needs to be and I'm usually already feeling whatever it was I sniffed up.
• Finally, I don't snort things with a rolled-up dollar bill, because that's poor hygiene. Think about it: you're taking a very dirty piece of thin rag and pushing it into a mucous membrane which introduces it to your bloodstream.

For a smoother come up you can put it in gel caps and swallow em and still feel high as hell, just way less rushy and imo less fun. More discreet though.

Yes, the effects of the drug really last a lot longer as its half-life is increased and if you really want to assist in this effect, keep your urinary pH high by drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of baking soda mixed into it. It tastes salty but it will raise the renal/urinary pH enough to prolong the effects of most orally ingested drugs. Conversely, lower your renal/urinary pH by drinking acidic stuff like orange juice, fruit juice, soda, or just water with some sliced lemon in it (it's very refreshing) if you wish to expel a drug from the body more expediently.

Besides baking soda, one could use antacid medication like Tums, Maalox, Pepto Bismol, et al.

Well... after reading that first post, I realized I've been smoking meth wrong this whole time... someone taught me to actually hold the lighter flame right up against the glass but only on the blue part of the flame, which is not as hot as the yellow part of it. I've since bought a tiny cheap torch lighter which I do hold kind of far away from the glass to heat up the meth in the bowl, but I'm wondering if I'm wasting product by doing this? Normally it does get burnt and turn sort of brown, but I guess I don't really mind since it's not like unburnt meth tastes much better...

Anyway, today I tried to hold the flame directly under the bowl like an inch away but I swear it was like... not hitting the right spot or I honestly don't know... maybe the way I was holding it caused my depth perception to be all wonky? But I just couldn't get hits as big as when I just hold the BIC flame directly under the bowl on the blue part of the flame.

• firstly, get a curved oil burner that goes into a small bubbler and you'll be able to see what you're doing a lot more easily as it gets it away from your face a little
• when using a torch lighter, it takes significantly less time to vaporize the meth, so be ready for it
• you want to turn a straight pipe 45° counterclockwise and then back, then 45° clockwise and back, repeating so as to increase the surface area for the liquid meth puddle to traverse aiding in the process to affect vaporization
• vaporized meth shouldn't taste bad unless it's cut. If it's clean, there's no taste hardly at all. (note: on the tongue, solid crystal meth is extremely bitter)
• you should never see the hot liquid meth puddle start to boil. If you see boiling bubbles, you're burning it.
