What Are You Drinking? V2. Frosty Jacks - For The Discerning Pisshead

Admittedly, I found it much more appealing when the bottle was brown. Out of sight out of mind friend
In the US we have this bizarre law where in most places if you are drinking alcohol in public it must be kept in a brown paper bag.

It's supposed to "censor" the alcohol or something... as to not offend the proper sober people, but in the end just makes it even more obvious to others that you're getting drunk in public and about to assault someone.

Is this a custom in EU?

Yeh, I'm aware of that and you're right, it does just draw attention to the fact that you're getting pissed.

Our laws are much more passive/aggressive in the UK.

You don't need to hide your cans or bottles, but you have to put up with fuckin notices on lampposts every 10 yards saying "this is a no drinking zone".

What respectable alcoholic is going to take any fuckin notice of that?

yeah, reminds me of "This is a neighborhood crime watch" posts in every neighborhood in the US

probably the least intimidating sign I've ever seen

"we will report crimes in this neighborhood".... duly noted, citizen... do you also eat food when you're hungry?

Just to clarify, was that a bottle full of cheap booze, or a bottle full of expensive piss?

Just for the record, I'd neck both of 'em...
It's actually not too bad fubar, it is what it is though, beach juice. I don't drink it at home.

Here's tonights offering, and jemmy is certainly cheap piss at a premium price.. not my cup of tea really. I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth however so it's jemmy and cokes to round off the evening

St Olmert 8.0% french beer very nice taste makes a change from the 9% karpackie fubar special 😉😜

fwiw I have had nothing to drink since last June apart from a rather nice glass of Sauterne several weeks ago - that is all
