TBH mate a good 80% of people I know have all done the 3.5 years for possession with intent, out of my original friend group only 2 of us ain't done time in HMP, some are even dead.
As time goes by the more your record builds up, possession for personal use still isn't a good look & doing time even less appealing to a possible gaffer, you paint yourself into a corner in regard to future prospects & your choices come down to do shotting on the street, card fraud or factory work.

Is the job shit? Yes.
Is it what I dream of doing? NO, my dream job would be anthropology.

Will I be fucking happy I can eat good food each day & be able to give £10 each month to a dog charity? YES

That'll do me my brother.

seriously good luck with the job. i know you've got a legitimate interest in photography and have been doing it for years so seems like its right up your street. ime the only people who really screw up upon being offered a job are those who have lied to get it and i don't see why this should be the case here.
