Idiots love Rolling Stones while our type love Dr Feelgood. Trust me check them out, I've fallen in love with their music.

I had a feeling you may know of them, sadly I had no idea about their music, Wilko is amazing I had him clocked right away for what he is. My gut feeling said you would like them, they are like a UK Howling Wolf or early Muddy Waters. UK people really can't do Blues like the American folks but Dr Feelgood do a great take on the Chicago style & I was deeply impressed. I can hear The White Stripes in their stuff also.

Sorry man but Rolling Stones are terrible & their track "You gotta move' was a cover, it was done by Fred McDowell who was a poor Share Cropper from North Mississippi, they didn't pay him the few thousand dollars till a few months before his death. Fred begged them for the Cash to help pay for his cancer treatment but they didn't.

I really can't remember where or when I saw them. All I can remember is that it was in a pub/small club rather than a concert. Possibly in Manchester or Warrington, or somewhere else.

I'm happy to report that I've only had the pleasure of such an establishment on one single occasion, loooong time ago now but yeah an unpleasnat memory (shudders...but kinda interesting from an anthropological angle I guess)
