I want to go war with china and russia. Its gonna happen by the end of the year i swear. I will signing up to the draft. I will fight for the innocent cilivans of this world. We need to SHOW the entire world not to fuck with the WEST
Or maybe "we" doesn't exist and "we" is simply an illusion created by the state to condition people into control and subservience to their agendas? The real version of "we" is the same "we" you refer to when you're talking about your friends, family and loved ones, your community, your faith, your spiritual connection to this world and everyone in it. That's what your most important relationships consist of. Everything else is conditioning. You are conditioned to assume you speak for your country. In reality, politicians speak for your country and you simply follow (as you are conditioned to to do so). If "we" existed "we" would be in control. It would actually be "our" world because there wouldn't be structures that exist deliberately to detach you from the reality of your relationship to the world you live in.
Just try this thought experiment.
You watch TV. Much of TV consists of advertising. Advertising is based on well documented scientific studies into the social psychology of humans. It is then used to manipulate said humans into buying things. This is acceptable in our society and we consider it normal. According to science, you are unconsciously processing information all the time around you and what you process when you're out and about are things like advertising and so coca-cola, Subway, McDonalds, Nike, whatever, are etched into your brain and you didn't consent to this. You can't even help remembering this information.
Social media. Social media is built on hacking the human brain in order to keep peoples attention. We consider that acceptable and normal (at the moment anyway). Facebook spends BILLIONS on research into their users and how to manipulate them into staying on the site, using their apps and giving them data in which they convert into money, and lots of it. You never shook hands with Zuckerberg and agreed to this. It was just thrown into your life until you were conditioned to accept the new reality around you. Now you undoubtedly think about posting updates to your profile without much effort. You consume information it churns out without ever considering the truth behind your relationship to this information and who is responsible for forcing it down your neck. You just swipe click and consume like its natural. Everytime you take a picture you assume a particular set of behaviours with the intention to upload to social media. You do this for social approval and to conform to the socially agreed upon norms. This all happens without you ever being actively involved in the process. You think you can choose but you're being manipulated by social pressure to conform all the while being conditioned to believe life would be worse without this relationship in your life. A relationship, as we've just pointed out, you never asked for nor did you consent to.
How is this happening to you? Most of it is invisible. Most of it is so quick and clinical, you aren't even aware you've been had. And now you've signed an agreement with forces you can't even point your finger to or even identify without deciphering it all.
You're being manipulated everyday. Social norms are a form of control. Control is manipulation, be that of physical bodies or of mind etc. Control on here is no different. If you get banned you are being controlled. Someone else is controlling your virtual representation of self on this forum, of which is nothing but 1s and 0s (well its represented as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JS actually) hosted on someone's computer somewhere. But you take it to be very real. Your identity on here is very real. In your mind, you really are your alias. But its not concrete. You just assume your relationship with this place is legitimate. There are underlying forces everywhere you go and relationships that you probably don't even think about.
All that being said, whose to say the person you think you are (based upon the conditioning you've gone through) is actually who you are?
Its obvious really. You're not really an American or British or Indian. So if you're not that, what are you? These are constructs based upon a collective identity which are based on politics. Whose controlling the political landscape? You? Me? I don't think so. Did you exist before your mother named you? At what point did you exist? After birth or before it? Who is responsible for the things you believe in? Can you track down where these beliefs first occurred and who or what was responsible? I can guarantee almost ALL of them came from outside of you ie other people influencing you. And so, someone manipulated you one way or another, into believing them. What was their agenda? What did they want out of it? Who benefited in this exchange? Where was/is the reward? I'm not saying all manipulation is bad. You are manipulated as a child into behaving, this is socially considered a good act and it integrates the child into society based on socially agreed norms and values. That being said, your mother teaching you how to be a good person and the big world around you, are two different things. Besides, your mother is conditioned otherwise, how would she know how to pass that conditioning onto you? Her mother was conditioned. Her mother too.
You're not most of what you think you are. LSD, as you know, will show you that. And so why is there is a part of us that despite knowing this, still cling to the bullshit we know to be bullshit? If you take acid and see how society and the games we play are an illusion, why is there still a place in us that welcomes that bullshit? Why can't we get the message and make 2 + 2 and get 4? Why do we end up at 5? Our conditioning. It's so powerful and so deeply engrained that components of it still linger even if we rid ourselves of others. You can disagree for example on climate change but a staunch supporter of communism. We live in a tangled mess of values, ideals and constructs. You could want peace but vote in a tyrant. We all have hidden biases. Psychotherapy calls it the unexamined self. Its a shadow within. The parts of us we aren't aware of yet they guide us through life, positively or negatively. What is that? Conditioning.
Makes you think about whose actually speaking when you utter words. Whose words do they really belong to? Whose actually speaking? Where does the story of what you believe in begin? How do you know its true?
Why is war really on your mind, man?
And who are you at war with really?
And how did that come about?
Who taught you to act and think, see and feel like this?
You didn't get here by yourself. Its been an ongoing battle your entire life and its been a gradual process of pushing and pulling you here, there and everywhere. You haven't been pushing and pulling yourself. So who has been doing that?
You talk about war. What do you know about war if you take away what you are TOLD about it? What do you know about what's going on when you take away your conditioning and the relationships you have no longer exist with what you consider to be reality?
You'll find you'll come to the conclusion that someone or something else is in control and you're just a passenger. But hey, such is life! You're on the conveyor belt until you're kicked off it, right? What calms me down is knowing you have a choice in this lifetime to acknowledge you are on the belt in the first place.
War, they say.
Who is really speaking?
