Has anyone here lost weight before the 6 month mark? I've started walking hoping to lost weight but I've gone from 64.7kg to 65.4kg in the last week since I've started walking
Just work through it. With regards to the regiment it was cardio mostlyHow did your brother lose weight while on invega. I want to do what he did
Nice. How did you do it?hey guys i just got off my community treatment order today, my doctor still wants me to come in for injections once a month but i plan to switch to seroquel as it didnt give me side effects when i took it in the hospital. so lets hope for the best here.
I know the struggle. I’ve been in your place twice, working out day and night but seeing no results.I’m 90 days off Invega Sustenna and still haven’t experienced any weight loss. I’m running 5.5 miles a day and going back to the gym at night to do heavy weights. I’m pissed! Still no period either.
It makes me terrified that it feels literally for eternity that my life is miserable. I've taken invega pill form and injection (sustenna) and both were huge difference. Invega pill forms are better then invega sustenna (cannot be compared) and recently they invented 6 month injection. I don't know what to do with my life. Whenever I went to school I just hated my life, whenever I watched a show it was just no enjoyment. I'm only hopeless.

I ran for twenty minutes today and just left the gym…I almost started crying. All my hard work is going unnoticed and I think it’s the ziprasidone that’s not letting me lose weight. I got my period back the 23rd and 24th of this month but that’s it. I’m losing hope.I know the struggle. I’ve been in your place twice, working out day and night but seeing no results.
If you haven’t crossed the 4 month mark yet and don’t see your weight constantly going up every week, then you’re doing something right. Your exercise is definitely paying off in maintaining the weight. Just be patient for another couple months, and you’ll shed the pounds soon enough.
Also, My period returned at the 6 month mark both times I was off invega.
She is also complaining on reddit 1 or 2 years ago but still keeps taking invega by choice and complaining about weight. Probably mental issues caused by the injections. ...losing hope by not losing some weight...most people here lose hope because they are bedridden for one or two years....Psychosis is easy to fix by taking lithium, taurine and high dosages of cbd. Once you take anti psychotics you get withdrawals and rebound psychosis when you stop you will be customer for life. https://findanexpert.unimelb.edu.au/news/5300-what-is-taurine-and-how-can-it-improve-psychosis?@HelpMeInvega How long did it take for you to get your period back? I'm 61 days off invega & trying to lose weight also but I seem to keep putting on weight even though I've started exercising again. It's so frustrating. How many shots did you have including loading doses? How long have you been off invega?
I read countless hours through forums, youtube and mailing people ...people that had hair problems never improved hair qualityHas anyone noticed changes in their hair from invega? Mine is horrible it feels like it has build up in it even straight after I've washed & dried it. I looks unkempt all the time no matter what I do even if I straighten or curl it. I constantly have an itchy scalp & I've lost alot of hair. It's ruined my appearance along with the weight gain. Did anyone have bad hair that got better again after invega?
