Any of your family members have any painkillers, pregablin, suboxone, benzos.......anything that could help until you can get back home to your plug? Good luck. Why oh why did you go out of town with nothing? The only alternative you have is to find an open air market and if you don't have any wheels it's gonna be tough. If you start freaking out and WD's are bad you have no choice but to hit up an ER. They might take pity on you and give you some benzos. I know it sucks but unless you can score some pills from a family member you just don't have any options. How far away are you from your hometown. Can you make it worth their while financially to deliver you something? How long are you going to be where you are now?
