i came to the conclusion it must be a tailbone injury it only gets worse when i sit down all day and if i sleep and wake up the pain is nearly non existent till i been sitting down for a few hours. which is good news i believe as i would not want a spinal injury.
Two months since my insane md ket trip lol. That was some next level visuals.
It is actually very depressing an experience, traumatic too, and prolonged like over half a year, enough time after an accidental "infliction" to embed some negative emotions.
I've been through that many times myself. That psychological emotional process.
I learnt to really get over it though. Each every time. Time heals there.
I injured my left foot permanently in 2017.
It changed my life effectively more than anything else, even optic nerve injury, any drugs.
I was extremely depressed about the lasting, like years, lutcome of this which was my silly fault too.
It took away my life- freedom to to move about, go out, live.
Constant pain and limitation, immobility.
I never needed that shit.
Over time, like the 2016 Optic Nerve injury, it did heal to a degree,
Never will be OG (unless Rifing completes, seriously too).
But it doesn't enter my thinking, nor emotions.
For yonks, I saw no way to accept it, move on etc.
Bruised bones, ache for a while.
