Disposed of a disposable nicotine vape before I finished it at work as I didn't want the side effects I knew were coming with regular heavy use and no chance for it to wash out of the system just building up levels constantly nearly rare was the hour that passed except alseep without nicotine being inhaled as of most recently yet I want to quit for health and finances ànd how it alters my daily routine for the worst unbelievable how it hijacks the brain and mind.

So I cannot seem to want to choose to deal with the symptoms which fresh air breathing exercise like qigong in the backyard would help as it is woven into my psychological trauma now I feel I need it to cope with my life conditions at present and job this morning going on 48 hours in have to work at nine I am choosing to get nicotine before seven today FML at least it isn't like hey I need some meth, crack, or heroin or booze before work today lol

I have noticed that when disposable vapes are about to die, they begin tasting funny, like something burning. It can't be healthy to inhale that, right..? should i buy a new one when that happens? also half the people i know that use them say they are healthier than cigs, the other half says the opposite, so which one is it...?

Cheaper than disposables: Suorin refillable rechargeable is about the size of a credit card and thinner than a cell phone. The clear plastic pod can be pulled out and has a little stopper used to refill it with the Vape liquid of your choice. Plugged in with an Android micro power connector. There are other brands too.

Cigarettes have carbon monoxide and other combustion products like tar

Im not familiar with the whole debate on which is worse for health. I'd probably end up more confused if anything.

Please anybody, correct me if i'm wrong...all i've figured out so far is:
- cigarettes are combustible as darvocet said
- they also contain hundreds of other chemicals. Who knows wtf diabolical type ingredients they are. This always seemed the most obvious reason to start vaping.
- misinformation that must be injected in at least some of the debate. Big tobacco + anti-addiction product peddlers. Others??

So you still prefer the cigs/rollies darvocet? I know someone else in america like that. They switch to vaping for work etc.

In australia the cigarettes are so bloody expensive compared to usa, the choice is kinda made for you.

Thanks for the reminder of nicotine's many effects on the nervous system. Like you i have psychological trauma to deal with. So not giving myself a hard time about vaping. With qi gong and time, getting on more solid ground in the future, i can address nicotine.

Re the finances. I never used disposable vapes. But wouldn't a refillable pod vape ($20 USD approx) be cheaper in the short or mid term? I know that investing $ in something you want to quit is a biit of a devils bargain, but if you wanna go easy on yourself & think you might need nicotine in the next few months, it could take some of the financial stress out of it idk.

this N*vo Sm*k was inexpensive ive dropped it 1000 times for 8 months and works like a charm and its slim and pretty big plumes, the filter is cheap and the salts good priced

I like a good cigarette though a pack of Marlboros costs nearly $10 in Los Angeles, a third of which is State and local taxes

Many Americans don't know Australians fought and died alongside U.S. servicemen in Vietnam, unlike Britain and Canada who learned the lesson of former colonial power France's rout at Dien Bien Phu
