So bored. Still doing my usual things, but they are so much more mundane.
if you are really bored you can diagnose me over the internet. probably a breach of medical ethics, but you could put my mind at rest vaguely.

i have something that looks almost indistinguishable from asthma at times. i had a methocoline challenge and didn't meet the criteria for athsma. there is another test were you have to blow such that the little cloud on the screen has to stay in between two lines. my score for that varies hugely for no reason. i could not complete a mannitol challenge because i couldn't breathe because my throat got so filled with mucus, but apparently my lung function wasn't affected. my peak flow ratings are sometimes above the expected level for someone of my age and bmi.

so what the fuck is wrong? i'm convincing myself i have some sort of lung or throat cancer due to all that crack i smoked and i'd like you to tell me either in your professional opinion or just cos you feel like it that this is not the case.

or, find something more fun to do. your call.

The maligator is becoming mature, today he nearly decided to defend me and attack a potential dodgy cyclist.
Aka the dog read that the cyclist was up to no good which was what that situation was.

I love these dogs, sometimes they read a non dangerous situation as a threat though. Needs a bit of work then.
Owners are like their dogs imo. Friendly playfull untill you do something wrong then they go in for the kill.

No mate. Relapsed after 15 days. Bang into it again now. If there's one thing it's taught me, it's that I can never again drink responsibly.

How about yourself? Still bored?
Shit that's a shame that you must completely abstain, but at least you've accepted that and that's a good launch pad...
Can't you just abstain and get pished once or twice a month?
Ya still smoking a bit of weed and doing the off empathogenic?

Last night I was woken up by the sound of a fat feral cat falling through my bathroom ceiling at 2am. Then my dogs started going ballistic trying to kill it, so I grabbed the cat which gave me such a strong bite I thought I would lose a chunk of flesh from my leg and also slashed me with it's claws. Got it out of there safe from the dogs anyhow and went back to bed bleeding. Today I had to go and get an anti- rabies shot and tetanus and four more rabies shots to come this month, and the builders need to come to fix my bathroom ceiling. . . life is amazing lol

@F.U.B.A.R. trying to hide from the Cops as they cut his new door off.

I had a measure tonight to see how much dmxe was remaining, apparenty I've polished over 550mg off last week in one setting.
Yeah I know the normal dosage is between 20-80mg ahem.

So final verdict?

MXE replacement or sad excuse?

It depends on why you use it for.
I couldn't get a k-hole out of it no matter how much I polished off and yeah read the above again, normally on mxe 80mg woud have me being total space cowboy. That could just be me your milage may vary etc..
It is a weaker version of mxe basically.

It most definately does have anti depressant properties though. It snapped me out of certain shit pronto like one would expect from ketamine.

What the actual fuck!? Is this parody or the the Daily Mail actually being serious here?? Did they source it from VIZ do you think?

Where do you think Viz get their material from?

I bought Viz for the first time in years this month because it comes with a Viz 2022 calendar....

Ah yeah I suppose, but I didn't realise VIZ needed to change so little of the Daily Fail/Sun stories they're taking the piss out of!
I remember they did a massive piece about the "world's unluckiest vicar" who kept on "awkwardly falling" on stuff and ending up in A&E...

Have you allergies? Hay fever?

What about your sinus’, do you have issues with them? Blocked noses etc?

What bloods has your Dr ordered up?

Have you allergies? Hay fever?
yes i've had a skin prick test and am allergic to dust, grass, cats (woe), and some other things. i also know i'm allergic to privet hedges cos when they are in bloom i start wheezing heavier and heavier as i approach them. it was running past one at full pelt that put me in A&E cos mostly my breathing issues are exercise induced. couple of other random trees, wasps, i also get random allergic to everything days where there's no obvious cause but i'm completely debilitated.

i find it very difficult to breathe through my nose but a GP took one look up it, said it wasn't blocked, and didn't refer me. my dad had to have surgery on his nose as a kid so i reckon i've inherited something from him. they did say they'd investigate that in the massive suite of test they're doing but i have one session left and so far they haven't.

fwiw my sleep app always rates my breathing as poor. and tells me to lose weight fml (i'm comfortably in the healthy weight range).

What bloods has your Dr ordered up?
they will be doing blood tests, last attempt to get blood out of me failed but i think they're doing it in the next session.

Yeah I’m sure they will do a CBC, your eosinophil levels should show if you’re currently reacting to something, which I’m betting you are.

My son has asthma due to his allergies. He has to take the blue inhaler (salbutamol) along with ceterizine. If he’s reacting badly his breathing is poor and he will have a very croup like cough. He also inherited sinus issues from his fathers side. He has a nasal spray, I actually can’t remember the name of that off the top of my head right now.

This is only a guess obviously and your Dr is your first port of call but he should be making sure your allergies are under control in order to rule that out as a reason for your breathing issues.

Allergies are so hard to treat especially when you are reacting to so many different allergens, my son seems to react to new things all the time.

Also @LoginNotSecure, where do you disappear to when you’re needed eh? 😜
