So, I had taken the tramadol then bumped up a bit to the Xtampza ER . Now I’m pretty aware of most of the dislike of the Xtampza out there, but I may be at a turning point soon to where I may be given a bit of a choice to either go toward the MS Contin, (2 a day) or JUST A HIGHER Xtampza ER which would be like the 18mg (2 a day) ? OR the Bup. (Either the Butrans or the Belbuca). I heard the Butrans 20mcg could actually give a bit of a day long opie feel but with a bit more energy to work with (than the Xtampza) I guess? Or maybe even consider a higher dose of the Belbuca above 300 or 450 maybe? , or what would be the equal to the Butrans on the Belbuca side, like 300mg? OR if I went to the MS Contin side, about what amount would equal the Xtampza ER 18mg?, like the 60mg or the 100mg? Or would you all even consider the MS CONTIN Over the Xtampza and if so, at what Dosage? Thanks for your help, I just want a nice steady feel good without a bunch of nonsense. Thanks in Advance.

If you don't get some good responses here in this forum I will move this to Other Drugs or Basic Drug Discussion where most of our members post so you will get more responses. I would help you right now but my experience was mostly with codeine, hydrocodone and oxy.

So if i may ask what are your main goal you looking to achieve, do you want to get of and start getting clean or just replace the one with another? Maybe shedding some light on that will give us a better perspective of what you want and we can give more accurate advice to our own degree of knowledge or exp to help out to the best of our knowledge.

Well I may have the option of Getting off Xtampza (honestly, I just don’t feel like going through the trouble of trying to “Beat Xtampza”) I just adore the slight steady euphoria, nothing hardcore needed. So I’m a bit confused, I realize for example the oxy 10-20mg IR will give off some nice mild euphoria, but what extended release form could equal about the same euphoria as a 10mg oxy IR? Would I be better off with like the MS Contin, or The non-xtampza Oxycontin, or the Belbuca (around 450-900)? (And in about what amounts mg, of the MS Contin and Oxycontin, would I need for a Mild Euphoria) I keep hearing that MS Contin would feel like nothing when Compared to a 10mg IR OXY, And I have heard that even the Oxycontin are not that euphoric either (when taken orally). Is this all true and what would you recommend, thanks..
