Tuna = Fukishima fish
appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes
VeganGains deficits show in the form of reduced cognition. He thinks we should kill all meat eating animals for gods sakes.
more moraller
I’m not going to argue against the fact we’re omnivores, but allow me to say this,
after the biggest ever meta analysis of dietary studies, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found that

Don’t allow anyone to tell you there’s ‘special magical ingredients’ that you can only find in meat That is ridiculous. Its incredibly easy to supplement. And guess what, the b12 that you guys waffle on about, is actually given to the animals as a supplement in the first place. Lol?
So ok, trying to get a bunch of druggies sold on the health benefits of veganism is perhaps a push. So how about the environmental aspects. The meat industry is quite simply unsustainable. it is totally failing and propped up by subsidies which allow the most horrific abuses to take place. Aren’t you guys all ‘yeehaw, let the free market decide?’
let it die.
And what’s more, by stopping your funding of animal abuse, you can cut your carbon footprint by up to 73%. Neat Huh!

and I get it I get it, we’re on a fast track outta here so why worry about the planet and our health. But, what about aligning your Heart Chakra with your Conscious Perspective, and synchronising your Actions, Thoughts, and Emotions, before you leave this place, so you can approach your next incarnation more lucidly?
Quite simply, it’s wrong to kill (or rape) an innocent being who wants to live, when there’s no need. And there isn’t.
And in case you’re all wondering, yes, I’m better than you. I’m more moraller than all of you, and if I was in charge I’d mandate Veganism.
So, the researchers found that a well balanced vegan or vegetarian diet reduces the chances of certain diseases relatively to the general population, which has an obesity rate of 40% in the US?I’m not going to argue against the fact we’re omnivores, but allow me to say this,

^noice ad hom bro. when the meat sweats reside, make an actual point.
my understanding is there’s not that much difference. Meat can be healthy, and if consumed in a balanced fashion it is probably not that bad for you.So, the researchers found that a well balanced vegan or vegetarian diet reduces the chances of certain diseases relatively to the general population, which has an obesity rate of 40% in the US?
I will surely believe that, but do we know whether the same is true or not, relatively to people that follow a well balanced omnivore diet?
Genuine question.
Yeah, again, it's correlation versus causation.
Are vegans healthier in broad stats because of an absolute lack of animal products or are they healthier because vegans are more likely to be health conscious generally? You don't see a lot of fat vegans.
My brother was fat when he was a vegan. He ate Lord of the Fries every day.
i didn’t say that if you check, that was relex_author.Does that apply to sharks?
Or are they all doomed?
Well yes, unfortunately I’m currently inextricably tied to the fossil fuel industry. I hope to minimise this in the future. Everyone is, and at this point, crooked as it is, we rely on it to be a productive member of society. Don’t forget though, this too is changing [insert examples of green technology]So, I take it you don't rely on fossil fuels at all... and you donate whatever you can afford to charity?
Dude, get yourself some hemp protein packed with all your omega 3 and aminos. Then get yourself a vegan multivitamin and boom! What’s so hard about that? It's not incredibly easy.
well they're dumb. it's easy.A massive percent of vegans are deficient.
lolI was just explaining.
Do you always take the internets this seriously? You ad-hommed yourself with this rhetoric.
You had doomsday urgency on your side and you fucked it up nevertheless!
lol
Do you always take the internets this seriously?
Is this one of your hobbies, going around making pointless comments on topics you have no understanding of? Are you doing this to look cool? Are you a bot?
p.s yet again you failed to make a point.
People eat raw meat all over the world not just fish but beef and a lot of other meats also eggs and unpasteurized milk. Plus there's all kinds of ways of curing or using various non Heat preparation processes to destroy potential parasites which are rare anyway in the muscles of animals. Good luck with being a vegetarian. Remember to listen to your body in a non-judgmental way. Just because you think meat is bad, and certainly some ways a factory farming it are horrendous, you have to weigh against the millions of years of wisdom in the cells and organs of your bodyAre humans actually evolved to eat meat as we are the only animal that has too cook it I've recently stopped eating meat and haven't really missed it were we ever really ment to eat it
c'mon dude, your first post to me was laced with venom. be honest about your feelings. this is a safe space.Where's the indication that i'm being more serious than, for instance, yourself?
because this is your 3rd post and you've still not made an on topic point. How did you learn that i have no understanding of some topic?

Do you not agree its wrong to kill an innocent being who wants to live, simply for your sensory pleasure?
do any of you nature boy hippie fags wear armpit deodorant?
i tried going without it and man did i stink
genuinely, if you read venom in my initial post, you must have misinterpreted me. i was only messing around. i was just trying to fling a few facts back in the direction of all these carnies that have inhabited this cool dude's thread. i had to push back!Commenting on your rhetoric was on topic enough for me. Speaking of venom, the venom in your rhetoric was what i commented. I do find it odd that you intend to make a point of my venom since it was directed toward yours.
i wasn't trying to convince them. if i had my way, i would force them.I happen to agree with some of your points about animal rights and environmental concerns, but i don't think calling your potential audience
stupid will help getting them across.
