I’d rather have cancer too. Atleast of cancer gets bad enough you get to die and leave it behind. When invega is at its worst you are stuck with it in complete and total misery. I stand by that I think it’s literally the worse thing that can happen to a human being. Having your dopamine completely blocked like that is pure torture. It’s inhumane and that’s putting it lightly. There isn’t a word in our language for it.

i rather have chemotherapy than invega ... invega is also some sort of chemotherapy but one you really don't want
blocking all dopamine is what they did in soviet union where they gave 5 bottles of haldol to block all their dopamine.. invega isn't much different it blocks dopamine way more effectively than everything else

Haldol is worst though, my roommate in the pysch ward was on haldol, he seemed perfectly fine after he stopped taking it , he has a job in construction, he also talked about when he got out the first thing he was going to buy was a 30$ sack of meth, 2 grams of weed and a pack of smokes, so he can apparently feel them, but man I remeber he wouldn't shut up about how bad that haldol was.
 
Haldol was before risperdal, risperdal is pretty a cleaner version of haldol, then invega came after risperdal and invega is a cleaner version of risperdal

There was a guy in the old threads “haldolhell” who was on the haldol injection and was basically in the same place as everyone with invega. I think it’s just the injections in general that are bad, not just invega. The injections are just simply way way too potent.

nothing clean about invega all these anti-psychotics seem to get worse which each consecutive generation

My brother was actually on haldol and he was a lot worst than I was, haldol actually killed him. It's more potent than invega and it blocks more receptors because it's a 1st gen.

You have to show ID and sign a couple things and can only buy so much at once because people use it to make methamphetamine

I was on risperdal pills, they were stronger than the invega pills, also Invega cleaner because I had more side effects on risperdal than invega but that was the pills. Invega is pretty much risperdal 2.0 and people who take the risperdal shot have a lot lesser chance than recovery then invega.

Well it's complicated, he got 1 injection, then it caused to have permant TD and zombie mode, like you know how invega turns you into a zombie where your drooling on yourself, the haldol causes that zombie state forever, so about 8 months later he goes in and gets 1 more then the next month he gets one, 2 months later, he was sitting on the couch watching tv and he a seizure and never woke up. So around 10 months

Yea that is true but its cleaner than risperdal an that's coming from experience. If you had the option on your cto to take abilify or risperdal, you'd choose abilify. Abilify is better than all 3 and I wish I would of had the option to take abilify.
 
I’m 3 months off Invega and all I can say is that I can’t feel emotions, sensations of life at all. It’s seems like nothing really matters and nothing has a real meaning, it’s so bad.. will this pass?? and I am 10+ pounds more before Invega 😭
