Phenethylamines Synthetic mescaline

Yea these days due to Mescalines reputation there is more and more synthetic Mesc available. I know “the family” puts some out in various forms once in awhile.

It’s really not too difficult if you can get the benzaldehyde easily and in bulk. The prices per gram sound right for large scale Mesc synthesis.

Back 10+yrs ago it wasn’t so easy to get TMBA.

if you know a chemist who does stuff like that for fun and personal use, then sure you can get synthetic mescaline, but getting it from a drug dealer who wants to earn money, I'd say it's rather unlikely.

This, really. And @Snorre whatever you were getting on paper, it wasn't mescaline, you'd need to eat enough blotter to choke on. Whatever was on paper was a psychedelic amphetamine, DOB being probably the most likely. But as for synthetic mescaline yeah there really isn't any money in it unless it's sold as a boutique thing at a very high price (per unit dose). When I got to try it the backstory was actually very sad. The chemist who made it died and, prior to his death and knowing what was coming, he decided to make some mescaline because at that point, fuck making a profit, you can't take it with you right? And he gave it out to some close friends. As for what may be available on the darknet I can't speak to that but I'd be very wary of any purported mescaline especially if it's not (a) very expensive and (b) from a source that deals in boutique shit. As anything I'd have it tested. In this case you could easily send off a totally insignificant amount for testing relative to the dose which is at the very least half a gram.

The synth isn't really more difficult than 2C-X synthesis as far as I know. It's expensive per dose since the dose is high, but it is not required to be super expensive. Legit, lab verified synthetic mescaline has been around for years now. Though most of the time someone has offered me "synthetic mescaline" in real life, it's been something like 2C-E. You can tell because the active dose of mescaline is a large pile of powder.

But yeah, it's impossible to put on blotter because the dose is astronomically too high to fit on blotter. Any blotter claiming to be mescaline is going to be DOM, DOC, DOB, or similar.

Oh yeah, didn't mean to imply the synthesis is more difficult as such, but it you have the same precursors and equipment there are more profitable directions in which to go, that is, unless the price per dose is verging on astronomical. That said I don't know what people are selling the mescaline or for that matter other PEAs for these days (and know discussing such would be against the rules). Nonetheless it would still follow that any synthetic mescaline is going to be a boutique type deal. Can't be that many people willing to pony up that much money per dose, certainly not on a regular basis. I got mine for free when I tried it and still kept it for a special occasion (took it in Central Park with WV). You know I take your word as truth among a select few others so I certainly believe you that it's available but taking into account the other possible ways to spend their time and precursors it would seem like people are selling it basically for a loss. That's awfully nice of them. Almost makes one feel like there actually is a "psychedelic scene." 🤔

I've never heard of mescaline lasting 4-6 hrs. More like 8-12 hrs. I would be suspicious of getting a random 2c-x if the trip only lasted 4-6hrs. What dosage did you take? Were you sick at all? Vomiting/diarrhea is normal on mescaline and 2c-x. The only 2c-x that didn't make me feel sick (similar to mescaline) was 2c-i.

Far be it from me to disparage the profit market in the drug game but props to whoever does this and they are probably someone you can entrust your neurotransmitters to (provided you clear the hurdle of determining that it's not a scam to begin with.)
 
Believe it or not there’s many in the psychedelic and medicinal drug scene that do it for the love of it. When I had cancer people I barely knew provided me with hundreds of dollars worth of whatever I needed when I needed it.

I’m about to give some doses of Mescaline to some people in a couple weeks. Not gonna name prices but cacti ain’t exactly cheap these days but I do it because I know the power of the medicine.

As I said before TMBA is cheaper and easier to obtain than ever before, it’s not as prohibitively expensive as it used to be. And it’s not a hard synthesis either..

I mean the trip - i dont mean how long you can sort of feel it in your body. People say lsd lasts 12 hours too but it doesnt. It was definately mescaline ive had plenty of cactus. Took about 700mg, bit of nausea but nothing major.

I don't even peak on mescaline until 4 hours in.

Same.

Mescalines effects graph looks a lot like a pyramid, slow steady rise up until about 4hours in and then a slow drop off. LSD is more like a plateau where you quickly rise to peak then hang out there for a number of hours only to start slowly dropping later on.

And duration is all about dosage, setting, personal biochemistry, and other alkaloids.

I’ve had LSD last over 12hrs easily too. It seems like that was more in my early days of tripping. I remember no sleep for nearly 18hrs most times. But as i got older it seems to last shorter. Maybe it’s batch related. I kinda miss that feeling of knowing there was no way I was sleeping that night.

I have the opposite happening, as I get older, all psychedelics last longer. LSD has me seeing visuals 12 hours in sometimes still, albeit, of course, much less intensely than earlier. In fact LSD is harder for me to take now because it takes so long to return to baseline.
 
I don't experience a comedown in terms of anything negative from LSD, but it does prevent me from sleeping for a long time, even ;longer than there are any real effects. I always feel great after LSD though.
