Ok so I have a 12.5mcg fent patch on and took 50mg of harm...if I add a 10mg norco will i finally feel a little high?

Depending on your tolerance and that those are three of the least euphoric opioids*, who knows?

*although they'll still kill you even if you aren't getting high which is a big part of the fentanyl issue

I have a moderate tolerance as I banged black tar for 2yrs and been on different opiates for pain. I can swallow 5 hydro and not feel high.
