Same. The label says take every 4-6 hours for pain, I'm thinking sweet- maybe it's like hydrocodone. Not even close. I remember by stepmom had a gigantic bottle of it, I was thinking they give that crap out like candy but give you 5 days worth of oxycodone for kidney stones. My first one I was crying hard it hurt so bad.
60mg MS Contin is my all-time favorite. I can't even find the 100mg ones anymore or the fabled 200mg tablets. I can totally relate to the opiate induced constipation issue. I find that eating salads regularly has helped me a bit. As for Kratom, maybe I'll give it another try one day. My dad gave me a jar of kratom powder that I've yet to use. Figured I'd save it for a rainy day or when times get rough.
I never tried fentanyl til around 2010 or 2011, but it was probably being abused by a lot of folks long before that, I assume.
Where I'm from, fentanyl (as in patches) is a bit more common than heroin, but H is still pretty rare around here anyway.

I know I'm gonna sound horrible for saying this, but I always like to say "if you're gonna make a bad decision at least go about it the right way". After all, avoiding needles is another form of harm reduction. Try to keep it that way. I avoid it and still get very enjoyable highs.
I eventually wanna see about getting on a methadone maintenance program, if they'll accept people trying to get off non-prescribed painkillers without incriminating me in the process (maybe I'm just paranoid). I also no longer have insurance, so I don't know what its gonna cost me. If I could legally be treated with methadone, I think there might actually be a chance for me to at least quit other opiates successfully.

I have done coke/crack once all night while also doing my normal bumps of H, I was fine. Then I took 1 hit of crack, got a head rush that I did not like & I will never smoke that shit again after that!!
I buy What is sole as Heroin & some people that buy off that same dude I do get drug tested & they seem to only come back positive for fentanyl never positive for heroin. So I'm beginning to believe all we are getting out here is fetty, I'm in New England as well.

I love all of those except for the hydromorphone, given its so short-lived. Good luck on your methadone appointment. If it can also help with your meth addiction, that would be a major plus too. I've known 1 person who was prescribed Adderall to get off of meth, but I've never heard of opiates/opioid being used for meth addiction. Whatever helps though..
