How do you guys deal with stress caused by antipsychotics?

Counter to what a lot of people say, antipsychotics aren't really that detrimental to adult nervous systems.
I kind of agree with this but only up to a point. I had serious side effects from Abilify and it was damn near impossible to quit without getting suicidal.Have fun explaining that tardive dyskinesia not really detrimental to your nervous system.

Unless you are seriously, seriously mentally ill, you should never touch an anti-pyschotic. They are metabolic poisons and they CAN permanently damage you.
