It's pretty much that, just about as dark as porn gets before it becomes snuff. Theres a good documentary on it. Called "Hot Girls Wanted" or something. I would say the life of those porn girls is considerably darker than my life was as a self harming heroin addict, and everything they did was legal and public. Crazy world.

i know i got ptsd from working in restaurants dealing with psychotic clients and being rushed all the time for minimum wage. i cannot see this possible being involved in the porn industry but how can i know if i havent ever done it. but looking through documentaries on it, and many behind the scenes, its just like any business. there are moments of madness, sure. but so far i havent see something that struck me as oh thats really abusive and goes beyond the law. i would really appreciate if someone posts traumatic experience working in the porn industry through some kind of behind the scene docu or some proof worth evaluating beyond just speculating and criticizing.
so far from the posts i have read, most people do not even understand anything about porn here on this forum. im starting to think im the only one who watches it...

They airbrush or body-paint and use certain lighting that allows them to edit the images. It doesn't matter to me as I don't care for body art, but my point was that they can do all sorts of things to films to convince people of what they're seeing. It's weird to take any of it seriously, in my opinion

Amateur porn is where it's at. The best porn is when people aren't trying to look sexy for the camera. If they're really enjoying themselves, they shouldn't be super conscious about how they look. Porno girls fake moaning is the worst. Fake tits are awful. Give me the real thing, any day. The more amateur the better.

As for the teen genre and 18 year olds trying to look young in porn, it goes deeper than that. Women in general are taught to create the illusion of youth by strategically editing themselves in real life. They shave their legs because young girls are hairless and they apply make-up because young girls have rosy cheeks and red lips and they don't have wrinkles. Very slim women have less curves and smaller breasts and, therefore, child-like figures. Historically (and presently in other countries) full bodied women were seen as more attractive.

Personally, I like women that look like women... I prefer older women and I prefer saggy big tits, but most people don't. There is an odd obsession with women painting and strategically shaving themselves to look like girls. I think it's because women are taught that old is ugly and a lot of them resent the effect that time has on their bodies. Nothing sexier than a confident older lady with decades of experience in the sack.

Having said all that, I think it's a bit of a stretch to call guys who are attracted to 16-18 year old girls pedophiles. Whilst I think this is true to an extent and agree mostly on what you say, I personally feel that my body wasn't fully developed at 17, 18 even although I was sexually active and was an early developer. Not only that but when puberty began I felt so awkward about having hairy legs in p.e. at primary school which makes me wonder if the hairless thing is drilled in to girls from an early age and that we are supposed to appear a certain way? Or maybe puberty was just scary because I was changing...
