I have these "issues" and I swear it seems the anxiety is so damn familiar to me now it has become a norm and the attacks just seem to be bad moments sprinkled throughout my life. Strange how we can get used to some of our "problems" and live on with them. I do love my benzodiazepines but dislike some of the drawbacks: Mostly, withdrawals. haha
I see another thread has been started so wont bore you with niceties, yes?

Thank you for the welcome, it keeps me from sleeping at night, I’ve been taking valerian root for about a month and to be honest it doesn’t seem to be working.
