this weed is also amazing so that helps I'm sure.

I forgot how pleasant low doses of alcohol with low tolerance are.

Feeling great, less worried about oncoming divorce, and my knee doesn't hurt. Been getting a toothache at times too. Very severe. Cavity. In very back. In fact I think it's a wisdom tooth. Anyway....

TODAY thus far - 150mg of tapentadol, and 1mg of etizolam upon waking. Smoked some herb shortly after. Then took 50mg tapentadol maybe 3 hours later. Then I took around 1mg of etizolam again. And 100mg tapentadol not very long ago.
Loving the tap. I started using it in July. Import. Most recent package arrived yesterday =)

Right now the etizolam is required - no way around it. I notice I use less etizolam while using tapentadol, though. Could just be me being more cautious because I will use 300-500mg of tapentadol in a day. Spread out.

Onset of most redent 100mg tap dosage right now as I type. Vision a little blurry. And feel great. Like others I notice harmless visuals especially with eyes closed. I did on tramadol as well. Although tapentadol is way more potent in regard to "nodding"

Better get my ass up before I start nodding I don't want to yet. Lol. Later maybe

I'm curious as to how such a specific isolated cannabinoid compares to say regular weed. Is that a legal option now too? Or do dispensaries still just have the regular stuff.

Monday, Meh. Don't feel like it and its cold. Sleep evaded my again last night with tossing and turning even after 20mg nitrazepam and 2mg alzam +added 6mg bromazepam for ( shits and giggles ) nadda. Im really starting to hate nitrazepam for such a long acting benzo its kak
anyhow OT:

30mg oxazepam (thought of @JoEhJoEh when i got stock)
400mg gabapentin ( think i took a long enough break )
40mg oxy
full glass of OBS ( to warm up )

Feeling warm and a little more positive then when i woke up.

And for the Nitrazepam, perhaps you try the NitraZOLAM. This is a great sleeping med, for sure.

Bromazepam is just a mild anxiolytic, it will not bring you sleep - the BromaZOLAM is much stronger but mild. It doesn't force you to sleep but when you lay down you should sleep well normally.

i don't use bromazepam for sleep (only add it in as it's laying around or the closest to grab lol) only for it's anxiolytic properties as i do with diazepam, reason its my first benzo of the day. Only add bromazepam to the nightly mix to add to the effect and hoping it will help calm me while the rest do there job but have found alzam a better med for this or even lorazepam and obviously midazolam and triazolam on the top of my list for that instant relaxation and knock out power for the rest to work with there longer half life.
