Seroquel (quetiapine) 100mg XL and doing oral DMT with Syrian Rue

Hi, currently I'm on 100mg of Seroquel XL, I have some DMT that I want to do and apparently the Seroquel will stop me from tripping. How many days do I have to stop the Seroquel before doing the DMT?

Quetiapine's total half-life is roughly ~18 hours (7 for quetiapine itself, another 9-12 for the active metabolite norquetiapine). People like to give the ballpark estimate of 7 half-lives for a near-complete elimination of a drug, so you're looking at ~5 days.

Of course the sudden discontinuation of a mood stabilizer might result in your mood becoming de-stabilized, so I would suggest exercising caution when it comes to your set and setting (ex.: maybe not when you're socially isolated because people out there are dying from a pandemic).
