Grapefruit Juice/ Tonic Water

So we know both of them increase the length of time that opioids last for/stay in your system.
But how long before your opioid dose do you drink them? How MUCH do you drink? And will drinking both work better than drinking either/or?

Grapefruit works you drink it on forhand. But for the Kinine, that is why you mentioned Tonic right. You have to check if there is enough in there to have an pharmachological difference.
