but have you not listened to what iv e said i have chronic pain from crohns disease and have been taking opiates daily for 5 years when i tried h i was already heavily addicted and you know what, as bad as the withdrawal id I swear it is nothing compared to the pain i get when my crohns disease is at its worst and that pain has effected my quality of life so bad you and zb have no idea a 24 year old should not have the pain i have and yet the doctor refuses to up my dose so WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO????

Have you tried posting on the Health and Recovery sub forum? I'm sure you'll find other members there with the same conditions who could offer their support and experience.

If you have a disease that is known to cause chronic pain on your medical record you should be able to get a proper script for a stronger opiate without having to resort to smack. If your GP refuses, ask another GP or two at your practice. If none of them will do it, kick up a fuss, demand to be referred to a pain specialist, point out you have legitimate chronic pain from the disorder documented on your medical record.

I know the NHS can be stingy and risk averse with opiates but if you have a genuine need right there on your medical record you can get yourself a script.

You are not doing yourself any favours with the smack, it's just increasing your tolerance to the level where most of the painkillers the NHS will give you won't work.
 
Luckily, the amount of heroin I use is harmless, I inject about once a month on a purely recreational basis. Fine. But what about other people less stable, less educated, less middle-class than me? Builders or blacks for example. If you're one of those, my advice is leave well alone. Good luck.

Mate at the start it did seem like you were out to impress, and @Zopiclone bandit is right, that is the worst plate of gear I've seen. The foil was full of holes too!

I'm starting to enjoy my crack a lot more...I know, even got a really good pipe, despite vowing never again a little while ago.

PS I've had pipes thatve almost knocked me off my feet but not sure what this bell ringer nonsense is!? I'm getting insane euphoric blasts and put 2/3 of a good ammonia cooked £20 stone on, thought I was gonna have a heart attack! But no bells!?

Either threaten to complain about the doctor and change surgeries. Or go on ORT like bupe or meth if you need with a capital N opiates.

This is obviously logical to say but wouldn't Movicol basically sort it? Movicol had me busting for a shit even when I was doing a load of oxy. Takes an hour or so to kick in but once it does you couldn't hold it in even if you tried. Nurse recommended it to me when I was scripted opiates, honestly wish I'd known about it sooner.

I do sympathise with people who have legitimate chronic pain and need relief. Smack ain't exactly the best way to handle it though obviously.

If you do this though you are marked as an addict on your medical record forever then good luck getting scripted anything else from the NHS if you need it.

Shows how much you know my doctor prescribed me opiates specificslly for anti diareah (crohns causes diareah) please dont talk about something you clearly know nothing about

Lol, the only drug ive ever tried to vape off foil was 3fpm and I did the same thing, ended up smoking a shit load of aluminium :)
