I would kill to be in your shoes..
I kept talking the injections for a year and a half because I didnt realize the injections were causing all my problems..I thought I was just really depressed until I got on this forum..after reading all the posts from the first volume I realized that all my symptoms were the same as every one else and at that time no one recovered yet so I thought that I was trapped like this forever..I'm glad there is several recovery stories now..I just hope that I can be a recovery story bit something in my head really tells me that it's going to take 10 years because I stayed on the poison for over a year at the max dose..there's a few people on her that took as many doses as me and its been 3 years or more with no improvement..so I'll just stay positive and hope for the best and I will keep posting even after I'm better to help people threw this tough time

Ur time will come to bro think positive

Wow sounds like your doing pretty good I dont expect to recover for 10 years

Stay in there. I've seen some cases on here that took 1.5 to 2 years, but very few that took more. I think it took Invegasaur about 4 years to recover, but he was a special circumstance.

For those lurking on here, I've read through most of the past threads, I would say the average recovery time is about 8 months. Most people agree that the initial few months are hell and most seem to agree that 6 months mark some sort of turning point.

I'm not big on taking supplements (I don't know enough about them to say what will work), but I bought about $20 worth of matcha green tea powder on Amazon (the kind that they use at places like Starbucks and The Coffee Bean) and I've noticed a marked improvement in my mood while making a cup of matcha green tea drinks each day.

The recipe is simple for the blended drink.
- 1 cup of milk (almond milk or regular)
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (it's very strong)
- Sugar (your preference, I tend to like the bitter taste of matcha, so I put less)
- A few ice cubes or frozen bananas (5 or 6 slices of frozen bananas will mitigate the bitter taste of the matcha, if it's your preference)

If you don't care to make it yourself, I would recommend trying it out at Starbucks or Coffee Bean to see if you like it.

Has anyone recovered sexual function, libido, and lost the weight they gained? My last injection was 228 days ago... I did 3 shots of 156mg and a 234mg booster

Honnestly, I miss Invegauser. For those who have read his posts, we know he was like this thread's president.

If there was ever a petition or lawsuit on behalf of those afflicted by the invega sustenna shot, Invegauser would be the one to lead the charge. He has the poise, leadership dynamic, and ability to articulate how the shot impacts people to be able to lead the charge.

He was quite a uniter and I miss watching his comments in these threads.

If anyone tries kratom or phenibut, let me know.
I'm going to be ordering some soon and I'll let you know how it goes.

There was a guy on here that also tried opiate (Tylenol 3 with codeine) after few months and he said it felt really good. Another guy did Kratom 12 months after and he was really happy. So basically Kratom should work. The user jammin83 on Coming off Anti-psychotics Megathread previously posted that he was hooked on Phenibut use twice a week (prior to injection). All this stuff can feel really good, but because it is so addictive it's best if you do less than jammin83 (just cycle each once a week). You shouldn't be feeling much of a come down unless you don't drink enough water because both dehydrate you. Keep doses at absolute minimum at all times. You might feel that you finally nailed it, but your search ain't over because you need a big variety to cycle with (ie microdose DMT, Special K, GHB). Looking forward to your report back.

I took a very large amount of Kratom and there was no chance in my mood whatsoever...I tried it several times actually and the only change I got was i got a stomach ache from the large amount of pills but no positive effects from it because the receptors are blocked

Hey, have you tried phenibut or kratom?
Either way, tell me what you think of the two

Btw, good to hear from you @dirtyinvega. Again congrats and good luck on with your child
I've never really used either personally so I really don't have much to say about them. But if I had to say something I'd say that stick with kratom instad of phenibut. IIRC someone told in one of the previous threads that kratom eased up the anxiety to some degree. I would probably use kratom if it was easily available to possibly prevent some downregulation of the dopamine receptors.

I promised myself that next week I'll start exercising my fat ass back to shape. I'm gonna burn every single fat cell infested by invega to prove you guys that exercise is a crucial step towards full recovery from this literal poison. I'm also going to order the highest grade St. John's Wort I could find on Monday to see myself if the P-gp induction by SJW will actually help to get rid of invega, like in theory it should. CBD and other cannabinoids should also induce the same protein but I've found mixed results on the studies, some say they inhibit it but some say they induce it, so I'm going to use it on top of the SJW anyway. I'm going to post some proggies at least once a month for you guys to see if I really achieved anything or just made a fool out of myself. Today I'm going to smoke my hopefully last cigs too. It's time to get my life back on track!
